The demon, blessed with more maneuverability than his enemy, simply morphed his darkness out of the way of the accursed weapon of holiness.

"You're out of practice. I'd guess you haven't fought one of us in...how long has it been? Sixteen years?"

Kana prepared for another attack, and then frowned as something entered his peripheral vision.

"What is this?" he laughed snidely. "Have humans been developing wings lately? Wings or no, your friends are silly to think they can help you at all."

As Akiko's song winded down Zolx began redirecting his attacks towards the unknown enemy. When the song ended the black and white recombined into his normal grey eyes. In the middle of the fray he looked around as if someone had just dropped him there suddenly. There was a twinkle of light, not so much real as with in his mind. There was a twinge of pain in his left hand and as he looked down he saw the two large cuts in his palm as well as a small star charm smeared with blood.
Suddenly becoming aware of his surroundings he latched the charm to his key and it shattered revealing simple white baton with a point of light emanating from the tip.
"Restore!"
A storm of white petals engulfed both him and Kya. They collected on wounds, bruises, and cuts. They soothed the pain and melded into the skin restoring anew. ((Kya it's up to you it it does anything to your old scars))
Zolx ran behind Kya and made a forward motion towards Kana.
"Force, Repel!"
The Gravara spell form between the too combatants and slammed towards Kana.
"what's going on? Where are Sora and the King?"
He half helled half asked Kya as his wings shrank down.

The redhead blinked for a second before rising to her feet and nodding. Any help was good help she supposed.

"You do realize we've become cheerleaders at this point, correct?" Mika spoke. "I could live with that fact much easier if I had something sweet."

Unfortunately, the train had absolutely no candy on it whatsoever.

Kya let out a sharp cry as the knife punctured her shoulder, but she didn't move away from his grasp rather she moved toward him and threw him to the ground. She held her shoulder with one arm and her sword with the other. She moved quickly, before he got up, and thrust her sword towards him, aiming for the stomach area.

The demon plunged down to the ground until he was two-dimensional. The angel's sword barely grazed his head as he went. But Kana didn't stop there--he grabbed Kya's ankles and pulled her down with him, breathing heavily.

This angel isn't so out of practice as I thought, he thought in a sudden panic. But then again, she did destroy Hideaki...almost. And yet, even with his help...I can't...

"I'll be right back," he told the girl, keeping up his cocky facade. Then he slipped away to regather himself, and refocus his energy. He closed his eyes, knowing it was all or nothing. Leaving very little of himself to keep an eye on the other combatants, he prepared his final assault. His hazy dark outline shook with his mental efforts.

((Maybe it's just me, but doesn't 'dang' seem a bit out of character for an angel? Just my thoughts...))

Kiante went wide-eyed as he watched the demon's attack and retreat. He shifted and quickly landed next to Kya now.

"Kya, how do we fight that thing?!"

Zolx sailed through the air, bounced of the barrier, and landed on the ground with an undignified thud. He could decide which was in more pain. His back, or his pride. Normally he could at least roll with the punches but this didn't look like one of those times. He thought about his options as he watched something happen on the ground near Kya. 'I really need to learn Reflect.'
He wings grew back to cherub size and fluttered towards the fight, 'Can't chance making my wings any bigger but,'
He arrived next to Kya, "Looks like I'm on Tinker Bell duty. Um just a word of advice, if he's in the ground where should we be?"
He notices Kiante, "How did you get in here?"
