POKER TOURNAMENTS!

you all should try it. It gets hilarious!
here's how you play
Everyone who is playing gets a peice of paper and a pencil or pen. To start you write a question at the top of the paper. Any question. Then when everyone is done writing, you pass your paper to the next person. This is a silent game, but it never really ends up silent...
Anyway, when the person you passed your paper too is done responding to the question, the fold the paper over your question so that the next person they pass it to only knows how they responded. So you get things like this:
person 1: What would you do for a kliodike bar?
person 2: Ditch my boyfriend *folds paper over person 1's question*
person 3: I dont have a boyfriend *folds over person 2's question*
person 4: I bet you have a girlfriend *folds over person 3's question*
person 5: No but will you be mine? *folds over person 4's question*
person 6: Be my valentine! *folds over person 5's question*
And so on and so forth. It gets REALLY crazy when everyone opens up theirs and reads them...^_^

we are usually on charter buses so....
-singing along with disney movie songs
-sing random songs real loud
-singing our band songs (concert or marching)
-play games life mafia, 20 questions, or i spy
-after marching competitions, listening to songs like the backstreet boys or n-sync and singing along with it while dancing (almost all of the band kids are doing this so its really funny).
-taking pictures of people while they are asleep or putting food in their mouth while they are asleep and then taking a picture
-girls might do each others hair or makeup
-sleep
-listen to music
-bus surfing
Here's how:
(this is done on a charter bus)
standing in the aisle, grasp on to the sides where the compartments are (some buses have a ditch thingy where you open the compartment. if you were really bored you could put a drum stick in there are see how far you can slide it down the bus) and you kick your feet above you and place them on the top of the bus and try to stay on as long as possible.

me and ~paper clip of aluminum~ always sit together and sing country songs or sing/tap our parts to our songs.we have a blast....flute and percusion...interesting combo...

We live in Florida and we played in the Cotton Bowl. That was a two day drive to Texas and a two day drive back. Mostly we sang really stupid songs and slept. While Other people slept we threw stuff at them. that was about it, oh, and we ate a five pound bag of mnm's.

I love bus rides. They're always the best part in my oppinion. Except for when you get to the hotel. Then its crazy as anything! xd

We tease each other a lot, like, I had this relationship with this one drummer a few years ago, and when he got on the bus, I was all like, "...heeeey. Let's go sit together again...whatcha say??" xPP I'm so mean...
Another time was when me and two other friends shared one of those small bus seats that's only meant for 2 people, (one of my friends plays the trumpet, and we had to carry our instruments, music, and stands) and we just kept pushing each other off the seat. xP
Ooh! Haha, I have another one, we just started rapping, out of no where. We went to this school called Skyline, and we were like, "Ooh, I hate Skyline! Let's go back to our school where the guys are fiiiine," and then other people just kept making up their raps, so we had more of a rap contest than a band contest. xP

The only thing that we have done every time is take crazy pictures. Then at our banquets and at graduation our band teacher picks out certain ones and puts them on display.

read, sleep, eat, listen to music, talk, talk to the band director, play different word games, stare out the window, take pictures, and much more that i won't mention b/c everyone knows what it is.

We usually get all lovey on the bus. Long lines of people massaging eachother, everyone sitting on eachother's laps, and often a few tickle wars.

Well normally we just chat but this time it was awesome....in my opinion at least. Now normally we take two busses to festivals just so it's balenced because we also mix our orchestra in the two busses, and two are already pretty packed, but on the way home this Saturday, one bus broke, there was Carbon Monoxide or something in the other bus, so EVERYONE was on one it was 3-to-a seat and people were sitting on the bus floor too. Plus we had the bus that had seats taken out so a wheel chair can fit on, and the bus without storage beneath it so we had our cases. Then to top it all off because the other kids were coming from a carbon monoxide filled bus they were all kind high, and some were complaining of headaches. We were all screaming and singing and going compleatly insane, past the point any two band directors could take...That will be a memory to cherish ^-^
