Seeing a potential win developing out of what was once a hopeless situation, Fury activates the Spirit Bracer once again, this time to bolster his defense. Covering up as best as he can, Fury sends the Spiritual Fist against Elite 1, hoping to whittle it down with Firu's help, and eventually bring this fight back into their corner. Knowing that time is their ally, Fury stuns Elite 2, preventing it's spell.

The pair of Elites attack, intent on their individual targets. Elite 1 strikes at Firu and casts Energy Burst, dealing a combined total of 25 points. Firu Guard reduces the damage by 21 points, leaving 4 to be addressed by his regeneration. Fury's heal brings him back to full health, with a impudent grin in the face of the monsters. Elite 2 attacks Fury, hitting him for 8 points and no more thanks to the Stunning Blow. Fury's regeneration knocks of 3 points, leaving him wounded, but ready for action.
Firu strikes viciously at Elite 1 hitting hard for 14 points of damage. Fury's Spiritual Fist slams in to aid the attack, dealing 10 more to the creature.
Fury Heals Firu for 2 points.
Fury Regenerates 3 points.
Firu Regenerates 5 points.

Seeing death in the eyes of the approaching beasts, Fury curses inwardly, thinking perhaps he spoke to soon. covering up as best as he can, he uses everything at his disposal to attempt to survive the coming onslaught.

Petra screams as two of the beasts attack her viciously. She defends herself as best she can by quickly stunning one of them. Her energy expended, she cowers under the monsters' blows, feeling herself growing weaker as she tries to seek out the others. They may need my help...

Vincent sees the beasts coming. Hoping that his vampiric regeneration would cover the damage at least a little, he charges in fearlessly attacking one of the two creatures while smashing the other in the knee with a gauntleted fist.

(Dice for Elite Beast 2)
The beasts attack Fury, murder apparent in their eyes. Elite 1 increases its Combat effectiveness and strikes for 4 points of damage. Elite 2 barely scratches at Fury, causing a single point. Fury's Defense dice, eliminate the damage from both beasts, leaving him relatively unharmed.
Finally catching the upper hand, the Spiritual Fist slams into Elite 1, crippling it further. Firu summons his inner Mist, slashing into Elite 1, killing it where it stands.
Fury Regenerates 3 points.
