"I was joking, Kirie...only joking." Kenji said with a small laugh, he never thought Kirie would respond like that.
His head remained on the table, his tail flicking back and forth as he closed his eyes. There was something about Matsunari that both pissed him off and made him smile at the same time.

"Everyone keeps thinking that I had a baby... Do they really think me to be a who..." Kirie bowed his head at those words, not liking the thought at all.
"I do hope your eating habits don't make you fat." Nari stated simply as he stared off into the other room; he had sat down and was still absently petting the other's hair... Maybe it was the fact that he spoke truthfully about everything even if it hurt feelings? He thought it was silly to speak gently to save feelings.

"I was joking, I'm sorry.." Kenji pulled Kirie into his arms along with the baby, giving them both a hug.
Toshio said nothing in reply as he sat up, turining his head to look at Nari. "Then you woulden't like me would you?" He said while slidding off his chair, beginning to head back to his room or at least someone he could hide for a couple of minutes.

"Its ok." Kirie sighed as he snuggled into Kenji's arms and Draven tugged at Kenji's shirt tilting his head at the new person.
Nari slid his arms around the other and pulled him back. "No you dolt, I would be more worried for your health than your appearance." He rolled his eyes at how silly Toshio was being.

He smiled down at Draven, "Hi there, I'm Kenji...it's nice to meet you."
He remained silent, not knowing what to say or what to think. Toshio never thought that if he got fat Nari would be more concerned for his health then how he looks. "Really..?"

Draven stuck his tongue out at the older fox before snuggling against the warm fabric of Kirie's dress.
"He's a strange little one... kind of like his parents." Kirie laughed, hugging the small one.
"Really." Nari replied, nodded his head like it was plain.

"Heheh, I don't think they've met Arioch and Albedo weird though." Kirie replied with a shudder at the thought, oh PLLLLLEASE don't let there be any more Ariochs or Albedos running around making evil spawn.
"Thank me for what? I was just stating a simple thing, nothing more... You confuse me sometimes." Nari sighed but he didn't complain further.

Kenji put a gentle hand on Kirie's shoulder, "I won't push you into talking about it, don't worry."
Toshio laughed as he kissed Nari's cheek, wrapping his arms around Nari's shoulders.

"So I'm taking care of him even if I'm not much better than them." Kirie shook his head and looked down at the baby before back to Kenji.
Mitsunari remained still, allowing the smaller one to hug onto him, he didn't really understand what was so funny about the situation.

Kirie gave Kenji a weak smile, he was glad that someone had faith in him at least. "So what about you? You never told me how you've been."
"It is alright, an understandable reaction I suppose." Mitsunari replied as he pulled to move away from the embrace.
