Suddenly, a kunai landed on the ground, distracting clone#2. Clone#1 used this opening to hit clone#2 with a flying kick, causing him to dissapear. Clone#1 said, "All too easy.", and then dissapeared.

Super Heavy Weight Training
Ryu walks into the Dojo and Puts on the super heavy weights. His arms falls to the ground.

Ryu pulls his arms up and begins to stretch his arms and legs out with some a little bit of stress.

Ryu begins jogging around the outside of the dojo slower then before.

Ryu picks up the pace and begins jogging faster. A little bit of sweat drips down the side of his face.

Ryu stops his jog and goes back in and begins doing push ups.

After doing Push-ups Ryu does Sit-ups while sweat drips down his face.

Ryu gets up and begins doing punching combos repeatedly.

Ryu Punching at quicker paces. Ryu then begins punching a dummy instead of doing air punchs.
(keeps tellin me to wait awhile b4 postin T.T)

Ryu switches to kick combos because his arms were getting tired.

Ryu kicks repeatedly at the dummy and with the final kick he breaks the dummys head off.

Ryu, whos body was getting sore, jogged around the outside of the dojo again.

Ryu starts doing laps around the dojo on his hands, moving very slow.

Ryu stops doing his laps as he gets up and goes back into the dojo.

Ryu makes two shadow clones appears and he has them attack him repeatedly.
