You can always try an easy goal to test out how you do with the time you have, and keep going after that and adjust your goal by how you did the first time. Make it bigger if you had time to spare, make it smaller if you didn't have enough time.

Good idea P.....ehh, I may have to cut down my goal.....ehh I have to read a 200 pg book for my history class in a week.....ehh lol, he assigned it 1 week ago but I completely forgot about it! Anyways..new topic.
What are all of you doing this labor day weekend?? (no school on monday!! razz )

This weekend I am....
-Watching siblings, cleaning house
-More siblings and house cleaning
-Sneaking onto the computer as I'm not really allowed on for a month
-Posting here to say sorry for not being on much this next month
-Reading Books (I usually read two-3 at the same time, right now I'm reading Harry Potter DH and OoTP, and I think I have HBP around somewhere, and SS is hanging around too. Might re-read what I have. Mom's also just bought lots of books too, and I have several new ones, and some old ones I want to re-read, and all. So I'll be busy with those. And when schools' starting Tuesday, I'll be glued to the library (if the librarians let me, I couldn't last year because they accused me of stealing a library book which I never even read)
-Sketching, mainly Gaia / Neopets / Random Humans / My Cat.
That's mainly it.
How fast readers are you? I finished DH in an afternoon, and in two days I've almost got OoTP and DH finished (re-reading at the same time) and finished one other book, 300 pages or something. I read really quick, but I re-read usually several times because I miss little details the first time around and when I re-read I pick up more and remember more.
OHOH. I need to share with you. Today, at 3:30 this afternoon, we adopted my two youngest siblings! We do foster care, and we adopted Kyle, and Seth and I are both my parent's birth children. THen we adopted Megan and Morgan. Today, we adopted Siarra (their sister, we think half-sister) and Emma (full sister)! Actually her name's Sierra now, but I prefer it with an A so I'll be a brat and use A for the rest of her life now. Mom will be so mad but I'm inconsiderate and like it better with A.
From Siarra Rose and Emerald Jane to Sierra Rose and Emma Jean. biggrin I love their names. So pretty, and the girls themselves are adorable. I know they'll grow up to be beauties. Not so much me.
Siarra we know has the same mom, be we're nearly sure she's got a different father, because she looks different than the others, she's more intelligent and not as held back (all the others are behind in development and speech and all this, and because of trauma they're not as smart and all that jazz. Siarra's got a different overall personality and ways of doing things and she looks different- thicker and straight, darker hair and huge bold eyes, the others are more wispy delicate, she's bolder but still very pretty.
I love them all. Glad they're finally my siblings officially.

Please forgive my crimson apparel, I remain firmly a Ravenclaw, though I
am performing my House and Guild duties while participating with great
gusto in Gaia's Summer Festival.
The Festival, which is teaming with Muggles as well as Wizarding folk and
Magical brethen, is jolly fun.
I do want to owl post my house and congratulate the newest second years,
AwkwardKlutzyGirl and Taylor Sue! Though I try to be diligent, please PM
me if you graduate to a higher year and don't see your name posted; I'll
check it out and make sure you become listed!
Goodness knows I've been having so much fun at the festival! Plenty of eye
candy, too, I blush to say and am enclosing a Muggle, non moving
illustration of what I mean.
Though Durem is currently in the lead, the outcome is not certain, although
I am hopeful as I use my Divination tools....nonetheless, please visit the
Summer Festival thread in this guild if you have a Summer Festival story to
tell.
Posts to that thread may win points for creativity, or inspiring tales, so feel
free to scribe away! Oh, and a delightful thread link is below. Though it

That's awesome phriese. And congrats LadyHealingHands. I been super busy, man. It is horrible. I glad to just chill for labor day!! Finally. Our first off!! Yay!! So how is our Ravenclaws doing?? I am okay. My aunt's baby was on the 29th and she is ready to pop. I may have a new cousin named Lacey in the next few days!!And I read 15 fanfic chapters today and I am at my best friend house so I feel good.

Hmmm...wow I think I missed alot...sry if I wasen't on at all this weekend...tons of hw and being with my baby cousin heart I love jessica shes adorable....shes already starting her two's and shes not even 2 yet! hehe anyways...this weekend for me was spent on hw, (finally finished black elks speaks!), going mall shopping...california is so hot right now that its really hard to stay home in the heat..it was 109 f, today! and uhh...i got 5 new manga this weekend...im stoked about that. To answer the other posts lets see...I was a fast reader when I was younger but then I just slowed down, must be getting old or something. I can read a book i a day if I like it, when I don't like it, it usually takes me longer. Ano..I'm okay Taylor..congrats to you second years by the way and on your new adopted relatives and new just born relatives! Cedro, you're crazy...you're not ugly... razz Heheh, wow this was a long post, I'll try to be on later. Anyways, oyasuminasai everyone!
