Mm-hmm. o wo "Ar no Surge", which is kind of an Ar Tonelico game. It's in the same universe. It has Shurelia.
...
Sequel to Ciel no Surge, which never left Japan. XD; But it's on PS3, and the series has a following, so I think the odds are pretty good for a localization.

Shurelia has a smaller set of skills, yeah, but they are pretty awesome. Especially her glowing energy ball and KANADE. Insanely powerful robots ftw! ^^

The games roster is a little too big. Especially in post-game when you get all of the villains as party members, too. XD
