I'm going to be pissed if I'm stuck in here with you people for the duration of the first round while waiting for a reply from my opponent.

One of these days I'm gonna get a PSP.
And the games I get will be, in order: - Dungeons & Dragons Tactics - Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions - Jean De'Arc
Because mmm, tactics.

Striker Nightmare Kenji III Lame as ********. Vincent goes ahead because he died? lololol I had no choice. This ruling is being questioned under the system of judicial review which I made up two hours ago in the judge sub-forum because I thought it was whack. So...since Vin isn't on, I'd like to get my facts straight here. You, Striker, did NOT ask to have your character lose? Correct? Because if you did, we're playing a whole different ball game.

I can already tell you that he didn't Vansin.
Sin was talking in this very OoC about how he was planning to kill his opponent in the first round, regardless of who it was.

War Frenzy Least none of you ******** are gonna get slapped with animal cruelty penalty after your fights. Heh. That'll be awesome. "Mr. Landon? We're from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, and we'd like to discuss with you the way you handled your last fight." *Joel is subsquently never heard from again.*

Sokoya Ramak I can already tell you that he didn't Vansin. Sin was talking in this very OoC about how he was planning to kill his opponent in the first round, regardless of who it was. Sadly, that means absolutely nothing to me. Unless Sin contacted someone (a judge) to petition for his opponent to die (because he had put him in some inescapable death move and his opponent, hypothetically, wasn't just taking the death he deserved) , his intent is irrelevant.

No, I didn't. I'm speaking to Vintrict via PMs about the incident as to the "penalties" my character will receive second round due to dying. Basically, as I explained to Vintrict, Favored Sin came to me on MSN, and to other people apparently, and told me that whoever his first round opponent was, was going to die regardless of what happened. Unfortunately for me, I was that opponent. I even have the chat logs, if they're needed.
