Just thought that all of your lives would be better knowing that.

While we may be male K, I at very least appreciate female summer fashion. More revealing flowing outfits with brighter colors, not to mention swimsuits... *drool*

Ah yes yes, how could I forget? Yea I don't really get why winter = darker clothes. I would say it makes no sense but my winter wardrobe this year was pretty much grey and blue jeans so yea...... not gonna say anything. Fortunately, I have rectified this situation!!!!!
haha swimsuits are so overpriced neutral in my opinion, but i will probably get a pair sometime this summer.

Bah, I caught up in the manga in about three hours. Note: I started when Kushina was first revealed.
I too appreciate summer ladies' summer fashion. Unfortunately though, I go to school in the freaking frozen tundra. Also, damn you both, I want ice cream now.

Haha... I just don't really want to read the manga anymore. I checked naruto wiki and sasuke seems to be the same old same old, and I couldn't handle him after shippuden started.
I'm watching a lecture on the development of social cognition now. the kids are SOOOOOO cute... heart (and kind of undeveloped, social cognition wise. like, they can't figure out that other people have intentions and knowledge that only they know, so they don't know that others can be deceived, and all that. Also, failure to exercise cognitive control, which means failure to inhibit behaviours they were instructed not to express. Like eating a cookie which is RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM.) SOOOOO CUTE!
Freaking frozen tundra... like Alaska? Or a northern state? Or Canada?

15 minutes south of the canadian border. It's not quite tundra, but it's snowy there until may.

oh i see! That's a shame.... well... you could always take a holiday to hawaii smile or california. What are the prices of plane tickets like... I mean, in Asia if we were hankering for some proper beach action we could just fly to like Thailand or Hainan Island or something for a relaxing few-day trip. ^_^;
Does it get warm enough to wear short sleeved or sleeveless things/shorts/flip flops in summer though there?

The summers are decently warm, hitting the 80s on hotter days. The winters hit -30 something for record lows. Also, I come from a middle class family in Connecticut, California and Hawaii are a little out of reach. Save for maybe once every few years.
I would kill for the ability to just zip off to somewhere exotic whenever I felt like. Inf act, I'd do almost anything to visit somewhere awesome. My top 3 places I need to visit before I die are Japan, Italy, and Ireland. I unfortunately don't see any of those happening until I'm a couple years out of college.

No study abroad options in college? We have quite a few affiliate students from the US here. Italy is AMAZING. Japan... is very different depending on which region you go to. smile I mean, I've only been to one (Tokyo) but it's like a mega city. I really want to go to the southern islands.

Study abroad is difficult at my university. Not all classes transfer over well, so in the end I might end up paying more to study abroad than I would if I just spent a summer there. I'd rather go to one of the smaller cities in Japan than Tokyo or a rural spot. I like small, but with stuff to do rather than being cramped or bored, ya know? Also my school doesn't have Japan or Italy options, though they do have Ireland.

that's true, but it also releases warmth easier doesn't it... i dunno, once you are warm, who cares what the colours are neutral (then again, i now recall how goddamn hot it is in the summer when i touch my head -_-)
and i see... that's a shame, but you could try ireland! (well, if not for the class translation thing). I mean, once you get to Europe, travelling anywhere near there is a breeze and not too harsh on the wallet.

Black absorbs all thermal heat, while white reflects/releases heat...

i mean, in cold weather, heat leaves black surfaces faster... I am totally mixing colours up with conductors and insulators aren't I.
