Oho, I'm liking Final Fantasy XIII. It's not very Final Fantasy-ish, but that doesn't make it bad by any means. Sazh is pretty amusing. 3nodding

@Evil: Glad you enjoyed it, buddy. Got a new short comin' tomorrow. And then a new one next Thursday, and a new one the Thursday after that. We're tryin' to make an effort to stay active this time, so I'ma bombard with more shorts in the never ending near future, if that's alright with you. xd
Brilliant, I'll look forward to them. *ducks and covers*
I'm glad you're enjoying it so far. I get a kick out of Sazh as well. XD Especially when he makes poses while he shoots. xd
Yes, that's pretty awesome. I also like the Crystarium system. It gives the feeling of fast advancement. Also, what do you think of this "Doomsday Clock" mechanic in the upcoming sequel (threequel?)? Majora's Mask can pull it off, but I don't know...
Yeah, the Crystarium system makes me think of the Sphere Grid from Final Fantasy X. xd
I also like how each character gets their own eidolon.
I was just reading about that, sounds rather interesting. At least, its not 3 days like with Majora's Mask. xd
Though the downside was that I've been looking forward to see Serah and Snow's wedding. >.<

Yes, and FFX remains among the best RPGs ever. 3nodding Learn from it, peoples.
Indeed, it's quite neato.
Yes, that would just causes cries of "ripoff" at one of the more polarizing entries in the series...
Hmm... I've noticed that Final Fantasy is headed in a more action-y direction these days. Yinteresting (totally a word).
Yes, it's pretty good. I'm a bit sad that ol' Nobuo wasn't the composer for the game, though... Or was he? I forget. I think not. The Final Fantasy VII battle theme never seemed to get old, despite my W-Item glitch power/spirit source farming to defeat the Weapons. Actually, the series as a whole is good with battle themes that don't start grating on you... Unless you play the entire Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection with only short breaks in between. I will never hear those battle themes the same way again, and the boss one still haunts me... Be sure to take a break if you get The After Years! Save yourself!

Yeah, I enjoy most of the music from the FF series. I've already beaten FFIV before, just I haven't beaten the DS version. ninja
Music from the Breath of Fire series and from Legend of Dragoon are pretty neat too. 3nodding

Indeed. It's a shame that Pandora (the online radio thing) doesn't have more of it. All it seems to have are live versions of a select few songs (especially Final Fantasy VIII ones, but those always turn out to actually be that "Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec" thing. But I did catch a bit of the Rebel Army Theme in one of them... whee I'm telling you, Final Fantasy II wasn't the best game in the series, but it has some great sounds. Simple and somewhat repetitive, yet somehow excellent. IX has some good stuff as well. Hey, what's new in the DS version? I've heard that there's more detail on the pasts of Cecil and
Golbez
.
Ah, Breath of Fire and Legend of Dragoon. Note to self: OBTAIN!

Yeah, I've heard about that. I'm glad there was more detail on the past. :3
I would recommend getting BoF 3 and 4. Those are the good ones there. :3 The series overall has this pattern with making the main characters be a blue-haired dude named Ryu, and there's always a winged blonde girl named Nina (in which almost all incantations of her are that she's always a princess, except for the one from Dragon Quarter.). I will say that the 3rd one is a good one, though I feel it has the nastiest boss fight I've seen.
Legend of Dragoon is also one I recommend too. :3 It has some good music in it, yet it has one of the LONGEST boss fights in it. And it wasn't even a final boss fight either. x.x

Yes, for sure. That's always good. 3nodding
Maybe, but I try to start from the beginning. "I am waiting for Vizzini! He said to go back to the beginning!" (Paraphrasing, because I'm too much of a lazy bum to look up the exact quote)
How long are we talking here? Also, on the note of boss fights, ODIN. FREAKIN' ODIN. BLAAAAAARGH.

I don't think it would much matter where you start since each BoF game has a different story, though it does seem they're in the same timeline. 3rd on in particular has a childhood arc and an adult arc. xd
That fight in particular takes HOURS. D: I would say more, though I'd be giving some spoilers. XP

So I just skipped all the stuff I was going to ramble on about. If that doesn't please you, then just PM me or use Chatango to mention a better or alt way for me to talk. Like Join.me or whatever else you want =.=

Killer's not bad at conversation stuff, as I recall. I'm busy, but you guys should go there. Speakest thou to the slayer and thou shalt cease to hear this faux-Old-English.
Also, whoa. Apparently They Might Be Giants (the band) are coming to a nearby city. This calls for exceptions to my usual concert avoidance... emotion_awesome
Indeed, the year is new and the day is young and all of that! Obligatory statement of resolution: Be more resolute.
Buff? Speakest not of buffness! Dost thou even lift?
With Shallow Seas and Dead Man's Shadow....Buff is good, and meat is delicious! xd
During my run last night, our aggro ended up getting dazed and those vamps kept going after me for some reason. So I tried keeping myself alive as long as I could. The others made it back inside, though those vamps finally got me before they could get back into the room. Evil meat had to wear off on me like that. rofl
