(( I'll be damned, Bertie kissed her... and in the same spot Hakan kissed Mimi. -snickers- Someone should put a plaque there, really, comemorating the events. And.. and.. blaugh hush.))

AnqeIicDemise -Her eyes widened as her mouth dropped open in shock. Yes, yes, the girl was surprised to the point of speechlessnes. Sad thing was she even struggled, managing to snatch up the railing the moment one hand was released twice in a row. And when that failed, Mimi had managed to stuff a foot into the arm rest making the whole thing that more difficult. Stubborn as a mule. That's what she was... if not worse.- Hakan, don't.. please!! -Even as she clung on to the bench with a foot she lost her hold eventually and before she knew it she'd been plucked off successfully.- I can't go back in there! Hakan!! Oggh! Why couldn't Mimi go along quietly?! Why couldn't things just be easy?! Why, why, why couldn't he have an easy life?! At least Hakan was nice enough to shift her around to a more comfortable position in his arms, with his arms yet again under her legs and back. Hakan felt aweful, he really did, but it was for Mimi own good! "Mimi, you'll feel better once you get inside." He would state, before the wings on his back unfolded themselves getting ready for flight. Giving her a reassuring smile, he would give his wings an experimental flap. Ohh, why did she have to be so stubborn?! "I suggest you hold on." Even if he was flying to a window he left open on the second floor, it would still hurt Mimi at the least if he accidentally dropped her.

Duellist Duellist watched the blood fall, but closed his eyes and turned away, only hearing the next part... he gasped in surprise at all the energies being gathered...
"Thanks..."
She then makes her way to the haunted mansion, to finally break the curse that has plaged her for so very long. Finally, she could be free of the first curse!

Duellist The boy just stood there, waiting for some reaction. He took a step backward. "Um..." He also was slightly embarassed, his cheeks turning bright red. 'What came over me there?' He asked himself, blushing furiously.

x)[K i n p o k o - 4 4](x Kourin finishes smearing her blood on the crystal. After a moment, the amulet begins to shake, and a massive light shoots out from the crystal, pointing at the haunted mansion, as the source of the curse. Kourin nods, and looks at Duellist.
"Thanks..."
She then makes her way to the haunted mansion, to finally break the curse that has plaged her for so very long. Finally, she could be free of the first curse! Duellist saluted, and faded out as he did so. "Any time..." As he appeared in his coffin room, he said to Taryn, "You know... the best part about my job is the part where I help other people..." Taryn kissed him as they both lay down in the coffin. "Shh... why don't you help me sleep, then? I need a massage..."

Bertram helped her to her feet, and looked down at her eminently kissable lips. He put an arm around her waist, tipped her head up with his other hand, and then kissed her again. And this time, he didn't pull back.

Sure, she liked heights--they did not bother her, after all, she'd been made for them; however, there was a huge difference between being atop a cliff with firm ground beneath her feet and another to be flying above with the ground being very, very, Veeeeerrry far away. Falling down would definately hurt. Fearing the worst, she squeezed her eyes shut, face burrying against his shoulder. Too bad she did not let herself enjoy the ride. It would have been a very pretty thing to experience... Then again, she was inheritally feline, no? Halfway there, she could not help but open her eyes and steal a peek. Okay, it was beautiful.. and far up there, the Hyde did not look as horrible as it really was. Still, she rather look away. Besides... he smelled nice. One should never understimate the powerful scent of cleanliness!!-

With Mimi clinging to him in such a manner.. And was that sniffing?! It was hard for Hakan to keep his concentration on the flapping wings. Infact, they'd nearly fallen once or twice. However, Hakan managed to expell any abnormal thoughts, and save them for the next time he'd take Mimi flying. An amusement park, after all, had to be a beautiful thing from the sky! However, he had a mission to complete. He had to calm Mimi down, and help her confront her problems. And so, he made a bee-line to the window which was left open on the first floor, flapping his wings to hover in place while he held Mimi out to the window. He was pretty sure he didn't need to say anything. Besides, what was there to say?!

(( In fact, let's leave that as a careful note for the kids to remember:
When kissing a girl for the first time, do not run off like a headless chicken. It confuses the kisee into a strange mix of rejection!! They're left with thouts of 'was I that horrible?'... especially when the girl is painfully shy, like Mimi. xp ))

A few moments later, she had calmed down, her eyes closed and her free hand clinging gently to Bert's shirt. She then broke away from the kiss, her eyes quickly fixing onto the ground.
