Crap, I promised my mom to marry a pretty girl so the wedding is sadly off. (Unless you have lovely knockers that is) But thanks for connecting the dots, I had an aching feeling for a long time about what the Centaur was based on and the Universal Carrier does fit the bill the best.

The Carrier definitely fits the bill nicely though. But hey, maybe next they'll make a kettenkrad. Then we'll have a useless nazi tank-scooter to laugh at instead of a British tankette that looks like it might make a good Sentinel proxy.

I have heard a long time ago that Jes Goodwin designed an Imperial Guard staff car for Forge World. Think a classic Rolls Royce, but with lil' extras and bits to mark it out as belonging to the IG.
Centaur is an artillery tractor / light personal carrier, much like the Universal, maybe we'll see a Centaur with heavy flamer or Inferno cannon sometime soon. (Wasp anyone?)
I wouldn't call the kettenkrad worthless, it had its uses. I doubt we'd see an IG incarnation though.

Orks don't loot everything. They are perfectly capable of creating their own things. Just look at their warbikes, some are treads and wheels. Ask Shinobi in the Ork thread, he knows all about it mrgreen

And I still want to convert a Tetrarch with glider. Just for fun.

Well, I'm just going to have to play more Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts then. And fiddle around with my Elysians, maybe try a Red Devil colour scheme on one of the prototype models.

The rest is a mytery, though more Krieg has been planned for IA vol. 6 of course, I am dying to finally get some rules for those bitching combat engineers.

Probably the reason why I like the Imperial Guard is their superior armor.
I love tanks, anything to do with tanks, and commanding tanks. I think when I start making my miniature army I'll go mostly tanks and less infantry. xp

I'm part way through a new tank, I finished my Hydra turret (minus the guns) and last night I cut out the basic shapes for my lightning. I'll get some pictures up at some point 3nodding
