Bakura laughed in a low way, deprived of any humor. "Prehaps there was still some of him left when he spoke with me. He said something like that. About where he was. And how I'd soon join him." A shudder ran through his body. "I don't care anymore. It's obvious that it's not a dream; and I'd rather have Ryou or whoever it is controling him in this mortal world so that I can face him rather than have him popping up to give me cryptic threats." He turned his gaze to Kira, and it softened when he saw that she was near tears. He moved his hand up and lightly touched her hand. When he spoke, his voice was a whisper. "I-I'm sorry." He bit down on his bottom lip, and closed his eyes. "This... this wasn't supposed to happen. I don't know of any way to revive a person. In my mind, so many people would wish to escape from Hell that they have to set up extra defenses to keep the souls in. And in Heaven-- if there is truly such a place, I would never know-- nobody would even want to leave enough to get through any barriers, which would be weaker than Hell's, so maybe that was why Ryou was able to break away. I cannot imagine how the boy would be able to escape from Hell, however. Unless what I believed is correct; that there is some other force, a demon, that wishes to come back by use of Ryou to give some power to help push the boy far enough along to speak with us in his dreams. Prehaps it is a matter of both pushing and pulling: maybe we'd have to give in order to recieve."

This was too much for kira.She dident need to go threw it a third time.Getting up she left the room without a word.

Bakura cradled his head gingerly before giving in to the sleep that had threatened him before. as he drifted off, he allowed himself to go back into his Millennium Ring, his hair darkening to Khalid's violet shade.
"Well, it wasn't much, but when they called and told me that--" Pegasus was saying to Atem, Ishizu, and Yugi in the hall a little distance away from the room Kira was in. He glanced up when he saw her leave, and beamed. "Why hello there!" He called out, his hands at his side. He wasn't aware that she could see, otherwise he would have waved.

Kira was perfectly silent as she passed them not saying a word.Her hands were clenched in to tight fists and as she passed you could see she was trembling.

"Kira!" Ishizu moved away from the others and jogged to keep up with the said girl. "What's the matter? Did Bakura do something?!"

Kira was completly silent as wouldent answer her.Her thoughts were rapid and blurry.sudenly turned into a random bedroom she shut and locked the door before ishizu could get in.Kira felt dead inside agian.Going over to a dark corner of the room she curled up shutting her eyes tight. "Why wont everything just go away..." she muttered to herself.

A voice, eerily calm and cold, came into Kira's mind. It held with it a dark energy, extremely powerful. Too powerful to be Bakura, although his voice seemed to have the slightest connection with the yami's. It was closer to Ryou's, actually. But hollowed out and filled with coldness.

Kira growled of corce she dident noticed she had also phisicly yelled " GO THE HELL AWAY!"

her thoughts trailed off at the plesent idea of jumping out a window killing herself. she couldent help but laugh.She wasent in the right state of mind at the moment.Everything seemed to be driving her insane.

Kira sighed softly and went into her soulroom.You could tell everything that was happening..all the stress had an effect on her...it was slowly sriving her insane.She appered in her soulroom her arms crossed.

A moment or so later, Ryou appeared, although he seemed... different. It wasn't as Bakura had described him, since the yami had said he moved like a marionette. He was moving just like normal, and there was nothing 'dark' about him. However, he looked considerably weaker than before, and had to gasp for breath. "This has taken so much out of me..." he muttered, wiping the beads of perspiration from his brow. "Hell, it wasn't even this hard for Bakura, since he was the one who reached out to me." He straightened, but stumbled backwards. He decided against speaking for the moment to see what Kira would do.

Kira quietly walked to ryou stopping infront of him.He was ryou but diffrent...he seemed...brave. "...am I still not alowed to touch you?" she asked softly.She couldent hide her condison in her soul room.Her body looked worn down and tired...mabye tired of living.

Ryou smiled sadly. "No. HE doesn't--" The boy stopped himself, and shook his head. "But I guess that Bakura's nearly figured it out? Fine, 'my captor' doesn't know where I am at the moment, but any contact at all will tell him my location. That was why I was found so easily with you. I was able to stay so long with Bakura was because my captor was... making me do it all..." He trailed off with a slight shrug. "Var-- HE claims to be my yami now. Says Bakura doesn't matter. That he's pathetic. That... that I have a new master..." Ryou turned his face away, tears burning in his eyes. "My captor says that he may have a way for me to use other people to come back to the mortal world. But I feel HIM controling my body-- my spirit, my mind-- completely. I don't think it would be a good idea for me to be back among the living if I just am to be used as a vessel. HE's planted ideas, and given strength to Bakura. To do all that he can to bring me back. Don't let that happen."
