:::Cora's bottom lip drops down as she takes a breathe. What Luke said about her was probably the sweetest most honorable thing that she's ever had anyone say about her. Alex starts to yell things again, but suddenly all of his frightful accusitions don't mean so much (not that she understood their meanings anyway). She watches Alex fade away, but she finds herself unable to stop smiling now. She doesn't know how to thank Luke for that one:::

*Luke reaches for the wine, but then... Something white.... He sniggers. Yeah, he definitely can't help himself.* Something white huh.... *He finds a bottle of Vitamin D milk.* *He pours her a glass, and sets it in front of her.*
On the house. *He waits for her reaction, grin in place.* *He smells it to make sure it's okay. It smells fine, even though he can't bring himself to check the date....* *He shrugs, well if he goes, he'll go a hero... He takes a sip.*
Mmmm. *He's happy he doesn't need to barf. It tastes...like milk.*
A very good year....*sets it back down.*
