Okay, something has been bothering me since I found out that Joanne Toppan is based off Jane Toppan... Is she evil?

It's pronounced JEANNE Toppan. And no, no she's not. Just... 'reformed'. She hasn't her evil moments every now and then. Though very rare.
She's depicted as a 'fallen angel' if you will; an angel of death. But she's not evil. She's just doing her job.
... By injecting people half-hazardly with unapproved chemicals and opiate drugs. Yep.
And I didn't base it COMPLETELY after Jane Toppan; Soul Eater based Dr. Stein off of Viktor Frankenstein, but they never got him quite accurate to the character in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. So, why couldn't I?

@ Midna- Oh okay, that clears up a lot, I know what you mean about basing, I was just curious. OOO God of Death!? would it be possible that she is a technician? cause I could see her wielding a massive Syringe!! OO may have to make that character... lol

I hate to be the one with PMS issues here but..
Like Cylem said you've been warned in the RP not to go remotely NEAR the witches.
And the weapon thing is a side effect for ALL people who get the 'Magic touch'
It's supposed to be inconvenient. It's not like it was customized juuuust for you.
So if your going to complain about being turned into a female. Anemone/Ampere/Mary could always just kill you. Like i was told to do anyway.
I was being nice, but keep it up.
And NO Undertaker. It has nothing to do with an over used plot. As Anemone stated, Death can remove it and if you're lucky, Toppan will do a nice job putting Sousuke back together...because she's pro at that. <<
Now i'm normally not the one to go off on a rant here, but the constant complaining is really getting on my nerves.
As i said before.
Toppan is a great nurse. SHE CAN FIX ALMOST ANYTHING.
So for now Suck it up.

She WAS a technician; until she lost her partner/love interest to one of the seven kishin and left Shibusen for about 7 years prior to joining the medical field.
Since then, she's never weilded another weapon. Mainly because they're 'not fated to be with her'. Just as Luka (her weapon) was when they first met.
And her weapon (sadly) wasn't a syringe; it was a jumonji. A three bladed staff that looks like a cross:
