Approximately 12 years since the release of the elements. The Time Wars though has long since been over. Its just rogue groups of Old World armies continue to attack occassionally. Since they are rogue groups, they are considered acts of terrorism and not part of a war.

Sorry. Heh heh. Most of my characters were doing something before the RP lock up and now Im trying figure out what happened. If it wasnt for that. Id be RPing with you in Dawn Academy. Well actually, I guess Zach can RP with ya. LOL

so when the spell chart says what level mages vs non mages get elements, then it is in the later category. thank you.
