Gab growled and poured energy into Chiasa, forcing it to make her lungs work.
Mean while, Aislin could do nothing but support all three intelligent beings.

Chiasa's eyes suddenly widened, hen Gab increased the energy he gave to her. Now there were two currents, both pulling in opposite directions. Help! HELP! she wanted to scream but she couldn't get her mouth to work. She could only let out short, raspy breathes. Core, please help me! I need you! I need you! Help, this hurts! She thought death would be better than this. This tug of war with her soul. She wanted to die and follow Core wherever he had gone.

Within the afterlife, Core suddenly screamed. He felt like he was being crushed. He held his chest and cried out again, "Chiasa!!!" He yelled as an unknown force suddenly pulled him away.
"You had better remember this," A voice said in his head, the voice of his crystallis.
Core's eyes suddenly flickered back to life. He sat up and hugged his chest like he was trying to prevent something from escaping. He grit his teeth, "Chiasa stop!!!" He yelled.

Nikoli phases back into the mortal plane, the demon form's terrifying ten foot stature towering over the humans. As the demon consumed his energy, he began to lose his self-control, and hoped that Aislin remembered that she was the only one who could control him, could order him to change back, as the one who had summoned him.
He feels his fists open to let the claws slice the air

Chiasa slid down, onto his lap when he sat up. She could barely hear him, and she couldn't puled her energy back when it was moving away from her so fast. Either way, she probably wouldn't last much longer, even with Gab's magic.

At this rate they were both going to self destruct, "CHIASA I ORDER YOU TO STOP!!!" He screamed out. He didn't have much time before the buildup knocked him away again. With what was left of his energy, he lifted her up and kissed her on the lips in desperation. It worked in novels. Maybe it worked here too.

Barick looked at Lin. "What's happening?!" He asked, not exactly sure what to do. Nikoli told them to leave, but he wasn't leaving without Aislin. "Should we go?" He asked, obviously not sure what to do.

Because Core started wanting to get rid of the energy, the current in their bond shifted again. Now it was flowing the other way, towards her. His kiss also widened the flow, so the return of her energy was quick.
Chiasa pulled back from him after a minute to take a gasping breath. Then she began to cough, like she had really been drowning.

Core panted for breath desperately. He had his hand on his chest and was looking downwards. Tears fell from his face to the ground, and sizzled from heat.

Nikoli's mind was getting fuzzy. "Yes... such easily kills, kill them..." He even says aloud.
One giant demon leg takes a step towards where Core and Chiasa lay.

"Core..." Chiasa said, quietly, when she caught her breath. She felt so ashamed that she had just made everything worse, and then he had to save her.
She continued to pull energy from him, trying to lessen the build up in him.

(btw, Hiraru's having some surgery done, so she might not even be online today. Lets' try not to leave her behind)
Core made one sharp cry as his magic pulsed off of him from the crystallis. He felt death way too strongly now, and was wary of everyone around him. His magic would lash out at anyone who tried to hurt him.

Chiasa felt herself being re-energized. She looked to Core, worriedly and slowly reached out to try and touch his hand.

Aislin looked at Barick feeling helpless. She shook her head, "I can't let them die... Isn't there something we can do?" She turned as she saw Nikoli move his foot. Her eyes grew wide for a moment and she screamed, "NO!!! AZAEL!!! STOP!!!!"
Gab made a terrified sound and released Chiasa, bolting up Bareck and hiding his head in the smith's shirt.
((Not sure how long I'll be on... My head still hurts... That and I fainted, and slammed my nose into a trashcan... I've been in and out of consciousness all day...))
