((Right. Well, since I'm lost in space about what to have Vexis do --Time for a plot twist! blaugh ))
((*In an epic voice*)) MEANWHILE!!
Kira was slowly beginning to morph back to normal, her halo became only a dim outline of what it was previously, her body became human-shaped again, her wings went back to mere energy. Rosa was still beside her, paying attention to their pursuers -MAI and Infinity.
But everything turned for the worse just in that moment. Something fast suddenly whooshed past, and struck Kira in the chest hard as it passed. Kira lost her balance and began to plummet back down towards the ground, her wings not quite catching the wind correctly.
Rosa rushed down after her falling creator, but whatever it was struck her as well, and sent the robot quite a distance away. But nothing was showing up on Rosa's radar/sensor. This thing was far too fast to even see, as well, it had to be flying somewhere near a good 1,900 miles per hour. Rosa tried disparately to get Kira once more, and yet again the invisible enemy attacked.
By now, however, Kira regained her balance and was no longer falling, but the enemy was still after her. Rosa pulled out her planet-crusher blade and held it ready for their enemy's next attack.
The enemy finally revealed itself to Rosa, it was another robot, a bigger and stronger robot. This one also appeared female in figure, but a bit less prominent than Rosa in gender, and also far less human looking (and more alien-like). It's face was half black metal, half silver, it's head curved up into horns at the top, and crimson red eyes glared harshly from the center of it's face. The robot's armor was much like Rosa's in design, but far more complex and intricate, short wings of similar design adorned it's back. What looked like the word "Nemesis" was printed on it's forehead in some strange alphabet.
Nemesis was almost twice Rosa's height, and was far stronger than her as well.
"Surrender, or face the consequences. Target must be eliminated..." Nemesis said in her very robotic voice, then created a weapon of her own that resembled Rosa's blade on her arm (only, normal sized).
Both androids attacked at the same time, their blades clashing together noisily. Rosa was struggling to maintain her grip on her blade, but Nemesis didn't even waver. Nemesis was strong, very strong, even without the ability to wield Novias energy.
Rosa rebounded suddenly, pulling back her blade away from Nemesis, then attacked again. A rather loud cracking sound was coming from one of the blades, and soon after, Rosa's blade fell straight out of her hands...in pieces.
Nemesis vanished from view again, and reappeared directly behind Rosa -with her blade already pierced through the robot's head. The alien robot gripped onto the damaged Rosa, and threw the inferior android down at Kira with incredible force.
Kira was forced down into the ground as Rosa hit her, only to meet her end just seconds later. Nemesis was already towering over her, resembling the devil with it's wicked horns and crimson red eyes. Rosa wasn't reactivating...was she truly dead? That didn't matter now, because the reddish-gray blade of the enemy android was already cutting deep into Kira's flesh, cutting deeply through muscles and bones until it finally reached her heart. The strange thing was...Kira didn't really feel any pain, she felt more exhausted than in pain. Nemesis' blade was literally draining the life and energy right out of her.
((I drew a picture of Nemesis earlier today...I still have to scan it, but I'll post it later.
