Ivy dropped Cain to the floor and started to run after her father and the others when she saw the creature going towards her dad.
"Dad, what's going on? When did that thing get here?" She thought in a puzzled tone. "If I can help tell me what to do please." She cotinued as she changed into her white wolf form once again, jumping over and around all the bodies that laid dead on the floor and splattered on the walls.

The thing was catching up to them, and quick, hopping from one wall to the opposite one as a means to travel faster.

As soon as Dag went in with D, a secondary pair of doors slid shut, and locked. The huge, thick metal doors couldn't possibly be blown out if it's locked! This office... was not an office. Everything moved to reveal that they were standing on a massive, single sunlamp.
Oh... s**t.

"Oh ******** me!" The parasite groaned.
D frowned before closing his eyes. They were going to die.. even with the shield... wait... maybe they could. D set the shield down on the floor and got on it. D the grabbed Dags arm and pulled him atop the shield as well. It was face down so itd reflect any sunlight when this damn thing lit up.
"Its been nice knowing you Dag." D said as he intertwined his fingers with Dags, their backs where to one another, it was either that or for the one to hold the other from behind, there wasnt much room on the shield of course.
"This sucks.. i dont want to die." D said softly.

"Its after Armageddon and me." Alucard said as he turned another corner and then another. It was still closing in on him though, he could feel it. "I cant do s**t against it. Its a Chaos eater."
Alucard then turned down a corridor.. and found a dead end. Spinning on his heels Alucard backed up against the wall. "I dont want to die.. for once i actually dont want to die.." Alucard said in a panicked tone. There was no grin on his lips, no cocky tone to his voice. He really was scared about this thing.

"Well ******** me sideways!" Ivy growled.
Ivy was soon right behind the Chaos eater and she reformed back to normal and engulfed hersef in flames and stated to thre fire and ice at the thing, hoping to get it to look at her so her father and Arms could get a chance to get out.
"Oh you who! How about you come over here and attack some fresh meat?" Ivy grinned but she was worried about her father and she could sense that something was wrong where D and Dag were.
"s**t, why can't I be in two places at once?" She thought

Two of the mobile jaws actually swung around at Ivy, the fire and ice not really affecting it. It lives in a chaotic place, so any kind of contradicting powers just washed over it like water. The big set, the middle one, opened up like a blossoming flower of death, outer teeth nearly touching Alucard's face. The surrounding jaws that were not busy with the distraction starting biting down on Alucard's flesh.
It was going to eat him... slowly.

Dag nodded in return as the damn thing lit up like a christmas tree, forcing him to shut his eyes. The shield completely charged, and enveloped the two in a yellow, skin-tight barrier.

Alucard ..started screaming in fear and pain as the thing started chomping down on him. No! Not like this! He couldnt go out like this! Before Alucard knew it he shifted without thinking. Bursting into tiny, very tiny thousands of tiny bugs Alucard dissipated on the floor and slipped through the creatures legs.
The bugs headed straight for the vents, theyd be tiny enough that they could slip through the grid barriers and even the vent holes. Alucard ran, ran the only way he knew how to at this point. He slipped into safety but knew the thing would still pursue him... even here in the vents. He didnt know how but he knew it would.

D shut his eyes to when the room lit up. But when he didnt feel the burning of his flesh he opened his eyes. It was bright painfully bright. Holy s**t his idea worked...
"We dont have long Dag... we need to find a way out of here before the shields effects wear off." D said as he started looking around for an exit.

Ivy ducked out of the way of the two jaws that swung at her and then she thought to her father.
"Hey dad, think you can ask Armageddon if blowing it up from the inside would kill this thing?" She wanted to know, she had a bit of an idea but wasn't sure if it would work.
Ivy then searched through her jacket that she had taken from the room where her weapons room, she found something that looked like a bomb. It had numbers, and a screen and attached to the thing she had in her hand was a remote.
"Well I'll be damned again. I wonder what lucky soul left this jacket here?"
Thats when she saw her father go into the vents.
"Well I guess that plan is screwed."

It followed the bugs. Since it was too big to go through the vents... it decided to puncture them with it's secondary, tentacle-like jaws. It kept going after the bugs, trying to consume the swarm with huge bites.

Dag's mechanical arm popped up a pair of missiles, and they launched at the glass, cracking it slightly. Grabbing both D and the shield, he hovered in the air using the oh-so-familiar rocket boots he always wore. After a few missile strikes, the glass shattered, then the source shattered, now rendering it a useless lamp.
A wire snuck around from above, tightening around Dag's neck and forcing him to drop both D and shield. It acted as a noose.

"Dag!" D yelled out of concern as he landed on the broken shards of glass. He looked up to see Dag being choked by wire. Leaping into the air, D unsheathed his sword and cut through the wire that was around Dags neck. No one hurt Dag like that and lived..

The swarm continued to scramble going deeper and deeper into the vents. It headed downwards, several levels infact, towards the legs and to the crystal that they had seen on the ride in. Or at least thats what Alucard thought it was. It didnt matter either way he didnt have time to think about that right now. All he could do was run...

That one wire was cut, but many showed up, strangling Dag mercilessly high in the air. His struggles eventually lessened, then stopped entirely. Those wires carelessly dropped his limp body, then went back up into oblivion. Something wasn't right in this room....

It kept pursuing him, even finding a way to break into the vent entirely and just fall toward the swarm, all jaws wide.

Ivy followed the monster that was chasing her dad and she finally decided to take actions on her own.
"Alright, setting the times for 3 minutes, taking the remote with m so I can detonate this once I make sure dad is clear. I better try and get to him. Lets see if I can't at leasy try to become a bug."
Ivy closed her eyes after thrwoing the bomb into the mansteerrs mouth once shgot close enouugh to it. It would have to swollow it, it was basically eating aything it could find from what she could see. After4 Ivy closed her eyes she thought of the smallest swarm of flying bugs she could find and she becme a swarm of baby wasps.
"Oh now this is nice. I better hurry though." Ivy vent her father had gone through and she woul hopfully catch up to him before too long and try to get him to a safe distance.
When Ivy found where the creture was she buzzed straight down and followed it and then buzzed right past it and twards the swarm that she knew was her father.
"Dad, turn around and go back he way you came an fly like mad. I puta bomb in the thing and I have the detonator on me I can tryto blow it up. But I want you at a safe distance, period."

Alucard panicked, he didnt listen to what his daughter said. He flew out of the nearest vent opening and reformed into himself. He hit the ground running already breathing hard. This thing was just too much, he thought as he turned a few corners and slipped back into the vents as a tiny bat. It flew upwards this time, s**t the only good side to this is the beasts rampage was destroying most of the facility.
"I cant do this for much longer Armageddon... there has to be something, someone. Victor? Hector? Vincent? Wolfy?" Alucard said before he made a b line in the vents and headed towards where he sensed Wolfgang. He had answered his own question.. now just hopefully he could get to the boy in time before he was eaten.

D caught Dags limp body and set him on the ground. He protectively stayed with him, this wasnt good... none of this was good. They had to get out of here.. D didnt want to die, not with Dag in his life now. But where was the way out?

Unwittingly, one of the jaws hacked up the bomb, and it collided with the giant gem in the center. Both energies became unstable, and the bomb detonated, timer or not. The gem caved in on itself from the explosion, and exploded itself, propelling the dark beast upward at a very alarming rate.
As the gem caved in, those giant "bug legs" imploded on themselves, and just collapsed piece by piece. Project Schwarze Sonne was a failure.

Taldrel appeared, but in a large machine. This machine flew, though. It hovered where it was, pointing laser cannons at D. The scientist did not look happy, and just open fired on the dhampir.

Ivy quickly found a way out of the area and she soon appeared by her father once more in another vent.
"Ok, so what do we do now? Keep running or what?" Then Ivy felt somethng wrong where D was.
"s**t, gotta go dad, sorry." Ivy zipped through another ventalation system and followed D's presence.

"What the ********?!" D just exclaimed as he hide himself and Dag under the shield this time. "Dont you get enough of this s**t?!" D growled as the Lasers hit the shield and not him or Dag.

"What was that?" Alucard screamed as he exited a vent to get out of the path of the nawing ever closing teeth. The explosions racked throughout the compound. "What the ******** is going on now?!" Alucard screamed. "Is that ******** thing still after me?" He said he hadnt seen it in the past few nano seconds... then again he wasnt looking..
"What?" Alucard said barely registering what Ivy had said to him. "I feel like im taking crazy pills!" Alucard growled before he broke out in another run and headed to Wolfgang.
"Wolfy!" Alucard called through the hallways.
