Looking forward to Christmas: Yes. Enjoying the month: Sort of. Gah! So stressed! I leave for England in one week and I have so much to do. Put up Christmas decorations, finish xmas shopping, loads of baking (gingerbread people, mince pies, etc), finish my quilt, packing, the list goes on.... Never going to get it all done in time.
Misa: Yes, house elves can post here.

I'm looking forward to Christmas, but it just feels like it's flying by this year. I don't like that. It's suppose to go by slow.
I think I'm the opposite of you Kamila, I'm more calm the rest of the year. The only time I get an attitude around his tome of year (usually) is when someone just pushes all the wrong buttons. And they know which ones they are too, so that's annoying and I can't help but defend myself so, I get myself in trouble rolleyes . Didn't use to be like this, when I was little, everything was great, or at least, it seemed that way.
Fred: How did you get Back to December from all of that?! XD
Lyra: Hope you get everything done in time. I want pics when you get back! 3nodding
Blok: Aww, feel better. I had the stomach flu a couple days ago, just came out of no where. Still trying to shake it off. hopefully it will be gone by the time Christmas is here on the 24-25th. Anyways, as I said, feel better soon!

brings out a dinky christmas tree trimmed with only harry potter decorations and sings: Christmas time is here; Happiness and cheer; Fun for all that children call; Their favorite time of the year; Snowflakes in the air; Carols everywhere; Olden times and ancient rhymes Of love and dreams to share; Sleigh bells in the air; Beauty everywhere; Yuletide by the fireside; And joyful memories there; Christmas time is here We'll be drawing near; Oh, that we could always see; Such spirit through the year; Oh, that we could always see; Such spirit through the year...
Happy christmas everyone I wish it be a safe and fun one for all of you. I am glad this time of year is here because I need the break from classes and work!

A pony lawl, I want a good boyfriend but I'm pretty sure I won't get one. They're awfully hard to come by.
Nope I haven't I think it's pending an announcement. Thanks, the color was supposed to be more brownish but eh, whatever. I had fun with a curling iron today. It took over 2 hours though.

I don't know, I mean I got engaged to my first boyfriend when I was 16...I'm probably not the best person to give advice there. Although that sort of thing isn't very uncommon here.
Why a kindle?
EDIT: just realized...our hair! *sings silver and gold* lol

Lyra, I hope you enjoy your trip and I also want to see pictures of it when you get back! biggrin
Fred: Congrats for getting your braces off! biggrin
Well, I'll celebrate Christmas at my grandma's, both at 24th and 25th. My dad is going to make codfish, that is a not so usual dish here where I live, but is kind of a tradition at my dad's birth city. I'll be in charge of the deserts and things like that.
Ops, I forgot the question about the gift! Well, In July, my dad's and my brother's birthday, they got a bike as a gift, then I said I wanted one too, so I got one as a joined Christmas and Birthday gift, but I already am using it, so there's no surprise regarding the present. biggrin

"Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse." *throws off santa hat* Itchy, itchy! "The stockings were hung by the chimney with care in hopes that Saint Nicholas soon would be there." You know what they say about hopes: they are what we cling to when reality has left us nothing else. "The children were nestled snug in their beds, visions of sugarplums danced in their heads. And Mama in her kercheif, and I in my cap, had just settled down for a long winter's nap." Now here's a question, true or false: During the holiday season, the suicide rate increases significantly. *silence* Well, you can just get back to me on that. "When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter, I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter." You know that the state of California has a home-invasion law where it's actually legal to shoot anyone entering your residence? I mean, perfectly legal. Did you know that? Well, it's true! "Away to the window, I flew like a flash, tore open the shutters and threw up the sash. The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow gave a luster of midday to the objects below. When what from my wandering eyes should appear, but a miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer." Now, did you know that it is estimated that Santa's sleigh weighs 353 thousand tons? So, traveling at 650 miles per second would create such an enormous friction that would cause Santa and his reindeer to burst into flame. It's kind of like a meteor entering the atmosphere. This is a scientific fact. "With a little old driver so lively and quick, i knew in a moment it must be Saint Nick." You know in Portugal they don't call him Saint Nick, his name is Pina Tal. And unless children leave him a stick of butter, he steals one of their toes. It's rather terrifying. And by the way, if you guys want a treat I have this bowl full of cough drops. No? Suit yourself. When I was child, we used to suck on pennies. You what I'm saying? And it was a delight. You know, I'm getting the sense that not any of you are enjoying this. I mean, am I correct in this assumption? *silence* Okay well kids, let's put it this way. You have rendered all of this useless. Okay? I'll just skip to the end. "But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight, Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night." So Merry Christmas, children. Do you know why? Pina Tal is coming, and he will feast on all your toes.
Ah, how I love Saturday Night Live. READ THIS VERSION OF "Twas the Night Before Christmas" AND ENJOY!!!
