[TAB] - mission statement
[TAB] - List of Kages and 2nd in commands (if applicable)
[TAB] - village statuses
[TAB] - any other important info

Just use the old thread, it will show how prestigious we are.
Go for something with Navy blue, but just make it actiony.

Idea: Why not make a guild account and use it to make the posts? That way if posts need to be edited (and they will), a mod can do so if they know the password. If Steel Pai IS the guild account then you're ahead of the game.
