Baizou seemed to turn even redded. "D-Drink." He stammered like a nervous high school freshman. "Uhh... maybe just a glass of water?" He requested. Her kiss felt wonderful and he felt himself lean forward in longing. "And you did not make me uncomfortable. It was a very pleasant surprise."

Scooping up both of the glasses, Ellie smiled down at him before walking back to the bar and filling both glasses with chilled water. Returning to set them down, she slid a hand along her husband's face, with a small laugh. "You are blushing!" she teased, bending down to lean in front of him before her lips landed on his nose. Heading back into the kitchen, she came back out with a salad bowl balanced in one hand, and a pair of wooden tossers in the other. Serving some onto her plate, Ellie turned a little to face him. "Say when." her voice cooed softly, as though it were a secret, as she dished him grabs of the salad.

Baizou smiled a little. "Well, what if I am blushing?" He asked, dropping his ears to either side of his head. He had to admit that he was slightly overwhelmed at the moment. Is this what Ellie felt like every time he went out of his way to treat her. "You are absolutely wonderful, you know that?" He asked. He watched her serve him before putting a hand up. "When!" He announced.

Ellie laughed softly, as she set the bowl on the table past their plates, and smiled. Sitting down at her own plate, she grinned. "I would like to think so, yes. I am glad you say that.." she said softly not being able to resist herself. One foot slid out of the white heel that it had been in, and rested on the bench along side his hip, as she pushed a forkful of the sweet salad into her mouth, eyes wandering the room around them.

Baizou leaned forward and dug in as well, taking a large bite of salad. "How does it taste?" He asked after he swallowed. He smiled up at her and perked his ears hopefully. He hoped it tasted all right for something he didn't know how to make. "And how was your day? Mine was sort of dull. I read all day.:

Ellie's foot rest comfortably alongside his leg, as she shrugged. "I d'no, it was sort of dull, just a bit time consuming, I s'pose." she said, taking a few bites. After a pause, she smiled at him. "It's great." Reaching for her glass, she sipped at the water and sighed contently. Not finding any word to really capture the moment just right, Ellie simply smiled down at her plate, cheeks pink.

Baizou looked up and smirked a little. "Ah! Love, you are blushing." He teased, reaching over to poke her cheek. He took a sip of water and went back to his salad. It was pretty good if he did say so himself. "So, Elisan Uehara..." He began with a gentle smile. He decided to charm her with the cheesiest line in the book. "Did it hurt?"

"Baizou, love, I simply cannot allow you to finish this terrible pick-up line..." She started, as withdrew her foot and stood, taking the salad bowl into her hand, ".. Yet." Taking the bowl into the kitchen, and grabbing the pot-stickers from where they lie under her temporary heating spell. With a smirk and roll of her eyes, she leaned against the counter. "Did what hurt?" she called, as though anyone else would be listening, as she gathered a few last things to take to their table.

Baizou slid to his feet, strode over to Ellie, wrapped one arm around her waist, and pulled her against his hips. "Did it hurt... when the heavens parted and the most beautiful creature fell from its boughs? Did it hurt when that beautiful creature fell through the sky to face the hard cold Earth? Did it hurt to live amongst the greedy creatures of this world? Did it hurt to feed a lonely human's dying soul?" He rested his forehead on Ellie's and whispered the last part, "Mrs. Uehara. Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?"

Ellie turned the deepest shade of red, as her lips were agape in disbelief. They slowly curled into a smile, though how weak it was. Her arms barely wrapped around his upper back, as if afraid to break him, where they stood, suspended in the moment of his last word. Her body pressed to his, as her arms wrapped tight, and lips crashed against his, and eyes fluttered closed. Her fingers pressed into his shoulders, again frozen in another moment, before she managed to step back somehow, still furiously blushing. "I love you.." she whispered, eyes shining, as her hands rest at her sides, and eyes wandered up him, wondering how something so completely whole and amazing could be contained within him.

Ukaia coudln't sulk anymore. she changed into a brand new outfit. though it wasn't anything fancey. Just a pair of blue jean pants, and a white button down top with a collar. She braided her hair back and then headed out of the room.
She'd spend the last day or so in there, sleeping packing cleaning things like that. generally getting the room nicer. And sulking.. missing Kaden and Vincent..
Time to go down and face the muic.. and get something to eat while she was at it

The seven year old red headed boy Arlen sat at the bar, kicking his legs in the air as he finished off his glass of apple juice. As Ukaia came downstairs he looked up and waved energetically. "Hello," he greeted happily.

Baizou smiled softly, resting his large hands at her waist. "I love you, too... Wonderful how we seem to be saying that a lot, lately." He murmured, fighting away a small blush of his own. The potstickers seemed to be forgotten in this outburst of affection and he chuckled when he realized it. "Your food is getting cold, silly." He purred, kissing her cheek.

"I do not mind, do you?" she asked, as she pressed her small frame against his just-right larger one. They fit like puzzle pieces, as Ellie had always known. "Oh, fine." she snapped, laughing right after, shooting glares at her stomach, which had decided to rumble annoyingly. Rolling her eyes, she took the plate of food and skirted past him, wing 'accidentally' sneaking a feel at his bum as she hurried out to the table, stifling a giggle.
