Maara beamed at Baizou, orange ear flicking. She giggled at being refered to as a 'lady' again. "Hiya Mister Baizou!" She blurted out, waving her candy bar. Then Arlen came over, and she beamed at him too. "Hi!" She said, extending her hand to shake his again, even though they already knew each other.
Trina exited the kitchen again, smiling at Baizou. "Hello. Doing well Baizou?" She asked softly, settling into her usual seat, still quite content. Everything was nice today...like most days in the Muffin.

Baizou looked back to Trina and nodded, "Yes... I think I am well." He looked back to Ever and leaned over again. Saying in a whisper, "I do hope she is not trying to act... more refined..." He didn't really want to say that word, but he couldn't think of a better one, "For my sake." He murmured. He stood up and walked into the kitchen with a warm smile as he pulled her into his arms from behind. "Mind if I help?" He asked.

Arlen smiled and shook Maara's hand enthusiastically. "How are you?" Arlen asked, reaching up to set his juice on the counter before climbing up onto the stool next to Maara.

"Suteki, Da ne-" Ellie sang softly the end of the note, and shook her head slowly, as she swayed with him. "Oh, no, not at all. Actually, will you prepare the mandarin salad I've set out over there?" she asked, as she tilted her head up to him. Hands setting down the plate that she had of the uncooked little pockets of dough. Her hands slid up, head still tilted sort of sideways and backwards, and drew his face down to hers. Smiling at him, stooped over her now, her lips met his, and she did not turn to face him. It was cute and loving, as her fluffy, soft wings pressed gently against his chest.

Maara beamed. "I'm great! Trina and me-ya know Trina? Well, we went to a park! It was fun! And then we played candy land? And that was fun! So now I've got some candy, 'cause I like candy, and so I'm very, very happy!" Maara's words came in a rush, and though Trina was still smiling faintly on the other side of her, it was obvious she had no clue what the girl was saying, since she spoke too fast. Trina sort of studied Arlen for a moment, offered a soft "Hello" and smile, deciding it was probably best not to ask. Besides, she somewhat preferred children to adults.

"That sounds like fun," Arlen said, slightly jealous. "Hello," he said to Trina, waving cheerfully.

Baizou just smiled as he nuzzled into her wing before drawing away from her. He curled his tail around her ankle as he moved over to the salad ingredients. He didn't know much about the salad, but it seemed that everything was there. He just had to put them all together. "Did you enjoy your time away? You should have let me know. I would have had this all ready for you when you got back." He said conversationally as he slid his tail more up her calf.

Ellie smiled, cheeks tinting more pink the farther his tail trailed up. Seeing as how her wing was under a sizing spell, deeming the time due fit to change a little bit, her wings grew a tiny bit, just long enough so that the fluffy feathers trailed along his protruding tail. Shrinking a tiny bit again, her wing simply bent down straight to do so, as the sizzling dough-goodies cooked in front of her. "Ah, sorry. But, I had to leave so early to be there on time ,I didn't think I'd bother waking you, my love." she called over her shoulder gently, as she pulled out the cooked first batch, and set them onto a plate with a papertowel that awaited them. Sliding in the second batch, each and every one seemed to be perfectly sized and cooked just right, whether it contain pork, shrimp, veggies, or any combination of the three.

Baizou felt a pleasant chill run up his spine as she toyed with his tail and finally let it drop behind him. He walked over and set the finished salad beside her as he waited for the potstickers to cook. "Those smell wonderful." He murmured, inhaling slowly through his nose. He glanced over at the potion on the counter, deciding to try it when they were done... Just to have a little fun, really. He wanted to see if he was any good at making potions before he tried to make a healing one.

"And that looks delicious..." she replied, finger pointing at the salad, as her wing rested against her back once more. Taking out the second batch, she did a few things with the finished goodies on the plate, arranging them just right. Facing him with it in her hands, Ellie smiled. "Ready? Ah, wait." Ellie sat the plate back down, and pushed lightly against Baizou. "Go, go on! Go sit down, my love. I've yet to serve you one decent meal. I might as well do it righ, eh?" she consulted, while pushing against him happily, and smile small and content.

Baizou nodded and pulled her chin forward to kiss her again before turning to exit the kitchen. He walked over to Ellie's table and sat down on the side that he usually did. He looked to the kitchen and wagged his tail eagerly, waiting for his wife to come back into view.

Ellie came back into view, seeming to have cast a few spells quite practiced, quite taking advantage of her skills in appearance magic. Her hair was down now, and she wore a very simple cocktail dress that was the same color as the ribbon that had been in her hair. Had been, though, because her hair now fell over her shoulders, and rested around her wings, as she balanced two each of plates, sets of utensils, napkins, and glasses in her other hand. Setting all of these things down, one on each side of the table, she grinned at him. "My love, what'll you be drinking?" she asked, hands clasped in front of her.

Baizou looked up at her and instantly turned a light shade of red all the way up to his ears. "Y-You look great!" He said, looking down at himself. Plain t-shirt and a pair of old jeans. He was beginning to know how Ellie felt during her 'perfect' phase. He felt extremely under dressed, needless to say.

Ellie scooted next to him on the bench, hand sliding along his chin. "I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable, my love.." she cooed softly, smile comforting. Using her hand to draw his face to hers again, she stopped just before his lips. "And, you did not answer my question, silly. What'll you be drinking?" she asked again, landing a quick kiss, before standing again, wings reflecting the trickling moonlight that came through the nearby window.
