*Pokes head in*
I tested a 20/70 at school. *Laughs* So they freaked out and sent me to an actual eye doctor, and I tested 20/20 no problem. I have bipolar eyes...maybe? Not really sure what happened. Maybe I was distracted...

Eye tests at schools usually aren't accurate. Why do they bother with them if they aren't going to do them correctly?

Thats what I wonder! Ours are done in our very small nurses office. With a whole line of kids waiting that can easily distract you! During my hearing test no one could have been able to hear the first three beeps unless they were Edward, or Superman.

Heehee, I remember the hearing test. xd I always liked it better than the vision one because i scored higher on it.
The scoliosis test when I was 14 was awkward because we had to take our shirts off so the nurse could check our spine for misshapen bones. dramallama I hate being exposed in front of people. I'm never shy about sharing my opinion, but I'm very modest about my body. I don't think I'm unattractive, but I find exposure inappropriate. That's why I got bad grades in P.E. class; I refused to change my clothes in front of all those strangers in the locker room. talk2hand

Haha, I hate the tests in general.
I hate changing in gym just because I'm in gym with a bunch of condescending little....well. So I change in the stalls, which makes sense since gym is 8th period and by then I really have to pee.
During a track meet I bet this guy that I could beat him, and I had an asthma attack, so I lost obviously. So one day I had to run through the track practice with a sports bra and body shorts.
Never heard so much cat calling in my life. It was humiliating...but kinda funny at the same time.

You HAD to run dressed like that? Who forced you to? I would've refused and sued the coach or something.
It's my first time entering in the Avi Arena! I had enough gold to spare for the entry fee, and I think that my avi is super cute (the one I am right now), so I entered. smile Please, take a second to rate/comment my avi here.

I guess no one made me. Haha, I'm that type of person I really don't care what people think. It was fun though...my other closest friend ran with me.
Plus I think I had a huge crush on that guy...haha.

I don't care what people think either. I'm just very old-fashioned in my views about public exposure. *shrugs*
It's Xmas eve, so I hope all of you have a wonderful night and a better tommorow!!! biggrin Lots of love! heart

I got new pyjamas, too, Suze! They're SUPER soft and fuzzy, and SUPER warm! I love them, but my fave gifts were a fairy figure wearing blue sitting on a moon, and Airman by Colfer. He's one of my fave authors; he wrote Artemis Fowl. heart

I posted about this in the Great Hall already, but not all of you check there, so I might as well post here too just so everyone understands why I might not be upbeat for a while:
My parents didn't want to spoil Christmas, so they didn't mention it until last night... cry cry cry You know how most of you are aware that Mum's mum has breast cancer and is going through chemo right now? Apparently, Dad's dad has cancer in his esophagus and is going through it right now, too. Dad's parents don't live close like Mum's, so they were able to hide it from us. Pop-pop will be getting treatment until June, and Grums' will end before Easter, so Pop-pop's must be more aggressive. I was coping okay before, but now..
When it was only Grums I could simply focus on it being ONE person and not get TOO down. It helped that breast cancer has a higher survival rate than any other cancer besides skin cancer. It was a bit difficult to deal with before, but I magnaged okay. 3nodding
Now, however... sweatdrop crying both sides having it at the same time... sweatdrop crying It's a lot to handle. I'm basically guaranteed to lose a grandparent within the year. DAMMIT! *smashes nearest object*
I'm a cheerful individual, so I'll try not to let it outwardly affect me, especially around my little sisters, but it's going to be a challenge. cry

Hello fellow Gryffindors, haven't been in here in awhile! I have a favor to ask of you all, I entered my griffin avi in the arenas and I was hoping I could get some of the Haven members to help me out, so I can hopefully make the top 10! Can I count on your votes? I entered my phoenix avi 2 weeks ago and got really close, but sadly not close enough.
