I'm happy to lead but I hate waiting so not too many people in the mission. ^^;;;
Even if we run two separate missions, one for a massive group and one just me, you and someone else?
I also hate seeing the quad spammed with heaps of excuses and apologies. If you can't post... dont. >__<
Also, sorry about your grand father Kaede. I'll say a small prayer just in hopes you receive it. <3

Xero 0blivion I would love a mission. I just dont know what to say in the RPs anymore really. Its always the "Hi, howya doin? great, ok...::awkwardness to move the rp along:: because there is no story to follow and nothing to band together against unless one of us makes it happen and it should not be up to just us to move this guild to being an active place. I'm not blaming anyone, I'm just saying. I'm not even sure if there is a main "Badguy/girl" or whatever. Everyone has been showing ALOT of interest in doing missions and I offered(As a D&D moderator and the creator of my own paper RP game based on the video game XenoGears, I think I could handle it, even an epic long term mission or excursion.)to run any amount of missions if anyone is interested, whether its a personal mission for a character or a group mission, but only a few posted to even think about it. I know I'm a new member, but still, I'm an avid Rper and would love to help out with something new and refreshing to the guild. I miss RPing here, but its become repetetive and not to be offensive, we should not be the ones to have something exciting to happen....in fact, we CANT seeing as we need permission to do anything of relevance. RPing the day to day school life gets boring because most of the members are IN school for real and want to get out of the normal school setting. I hope I'm not offending, I'm just trying to point out my end of the frustration so maybe we can pinpoint the reasons WHY everyone suddenly got so scarce so that we as a group can fix them. I'm always here and always check on the guild, but I've hardly posted lately....this is why. Arent we a mercenary school to be hired by someone or have something outside of the school to go do or someone/where to save from impending doom or some ancient ruins to go explore or something to retrieve from the secret office of someone important?? We wander the halls looking for something to do and the most challenging thing is to fight each other or a t-rexaur and some cant easily take on one so we dont try or its God moding. This is why I'm scarce personally. I cant speak for everyone, but I think thats a pretty common reason. I'm sorry if this upsets anyone, its REALLY not intended to point the finger or to cast blame on any specific person/s. This is to show the potential problems so we can work them out. I'm always here to help too, I wont just complain and do nothing about it. Actually, you CAN create 'something exciting' for the guild. As I've said before, any SeeD member is allowed to come up with a mission as long as they run it by me first. Do you honestly think I'm putting it all on you guys to make the guild active again? Have you not even noticed all the work I've been putting into this ******** guild? I can crowd the place with fancy, exciting missions, but it won't change a thing unless people actually post. And I have given events for people to post in, some of which are to evolve the story line, but even in the SeeD missions I had to harass people about posting. I have a couple big events planned, but I'm not even going to attempt either one until the activity picks up. The last time we tried similar events to pick up activity, the guild died completely, and I am not going to put the effort out to make a big, guild wide event for everyone if it's going to be futile.

Mwahahahahahaahahahaha! Stayed home sick today cause of my evil pukingness. And today I was gonna go to anime club at my school. :[
It seems when I go to sleep depressed, I wake up all sick.
But since I didn't go, I won't have any evil hw so I can actually post. :]

That happens to me, kind of. When I go to sleep depressed, I wake up with a migraine. Today was actually the first day in about a week that I didn't go to sleep depressed, but I think that's because Season two of Glee started last night AND I saw the newest trailer for Harry Potter... >.>

Of course I've seen you put alot of effort into the guild, Aki. Thats not hat I meant. But prior efforts wasted are not present efforts not being capalized on. Maybe NOW people are lagging because of he lack of missions or events outside of the school. Put up a test mission to see if it draws a crowd. Call everyone, if no one shows, then I was wrong. But I think people are waiting for someone to take control and give them something to do and keep coming back for everyday. Excuses aside thats is.

I'd like to go out on my first mission, but if I have to run it, then its all th same to me. It will be just as fun being on the opposite end!

The rest of you are as much a part of this guild as I am, and frankly I'm getting sick of being the only one who takes any initiative on making the place interesting. ummm, prolly cuz you own and run the guild....why is it solely up to us to post more often when there is nothing to DO after the first couple of weeks of doing the same monotonous running from here to there and getting nothing really accomplished with no characer developement except that between us and other characters in social interaction?? The quad and the pictures of you and Adara are WAY more entertaining to come check up on. I for one LOVE seeing yours and Adara's character cosplays because you both do REALLY well on them and pick characters you actually look like for the most part or make your own up, even....plus you two are realy pretty so that helps too! ( wink ) I already said I wasnt pointing the finger, but you are apparently shouldering ALL of the responsibility and getting upset with me. I was just trying to speak for others because if you read the posts in the guild, others have BEEN mentioning wanting to go on a mission....especially the new SeeDs. Thats kinda the point of getting to be a SeeD in the first place. Like I said, this is NOT a finger pointing session and I'm not trying to make you feel any more responsible than ANY of us for not posting nor make you feel guilt over anything at all. I just thought an actual objective to being here would motivate people to be here more because it would sure as hell motivate me to getting back to posting everyday if I KNEW people were counting on me in the battle or in the RP. I was only explaining what I feel to be a major issue that needed to be brought to your attention AS the owner and runner of this guild. Please dont be upset with me. I dont want that at all. I'm not trying to cause problems or confrontation. I'm just trying to help and sometimes I am too straightforward with my words. I'm sorry if I was, really.

If you are doing the same "monotonous running from here to there" and getting no character development, that's your own ******** lack of creativity. I can't make your characters develop for you. And like I said, I can make all the missions I want and if people aren't going to post, it isn't going to help. And again, like I already said, I even had to prod the ******** SeeD mission along, so excuse me for not being eager to run yet another thread that will die halfway through. Sure people have been hinting they want a mission. But people also said they wanted the classes to open up. And when I did open them, ******** ALL happened. Talk is cheap.
In case you failed to notice, I am running this ******** place BY MYSELF right now, and I can only do so much. If you guys can't think of anything more interesting to do than awkwardly chat in the hallways, that is your own god damned fault. I have tried time and time again to provide opportunities for roleplay, and the activity has been steadily dropping despite that. And I have already told you, SeeDs are allowed to create missions. You can't expect me to run every ******** roleplay in this guild. That's part of the reason I promoted Blank, but ******** all that did. Almost every thread that has been active recently has been run by me, so don't even ******** sit there and suggest I'm not doing enough. The fact of the matter is, I'm getting ******** SICK of being the only person who even TRIES to make things interesting around here. But if I'm doing such a shitty job running this place, maybe I'll just shut it down for good and be done with it.

youre being way too defensive and are obviously very upset. I"ll say once again that I"m not pointing fingers. you are not the only person to try something in this guild btw. Komet, Nezrain and myself have all offered to help and run missions for you and other things I"m sure. If this is about the disappearance of Blank, I'm sorry for that. I honestly cant speak for him on that front. but we are all here for you and understand your loss. Just because you couldnt count on him longterm doesnt mean you cant count on anyone else. I've been here consistently for awhile. I might not have the long standing some others have, but I will, in time. I know I'm not the best person to talk to apparently, but I offer my opinion freely. I'm sorry if it offends, for I dont intend it to. Please calm down, I"m sorry for making you feel like this. Had I known, I might not have said anything about it at all. It isnt all your fault, just so you can hear it from my mouth directly. I never said it was. It was just a suggestion on WHY the guild is dying so rapidly.

It might just be me but I like how small the guild is. Not a lot of people and not a lot going on, not needing to follow too much. As long as the guild isn't completely dead. Well, it might not matter much, but I'm having fun.

thats well and good, but a school is very much like a guild. It should have lots of people doing lots of things in it to be considered what it is. The absence of people in this guild should not be happening at this rate. Everyone practically disappeared....while posting in other guilds. For instance, look how many people got involved and started up again when Brecklin and I got into that big fight in the center of the Garden. Just about EVERYONE showed up and had an input or just showed up to read it. I'm honestly suprised Shiro or Yami didnt get involved for the fun of the match!(lol, jk! blaugh )For real though, its a good example. It gave people something they kinda HAD to respond to. Administration was notified and got involved, other students rushed to help or just watch and cheer and another was personally affected due to past history with one of the characters. I for one would like to see this guild wit about 100 members active.
at that point, I dont think the guild would have a dead period because of the sheer randomness in things to get involved with. That would be awesome. I try to recruit in Zomg! all the time, or at least used to when I played it regularly.

i think part of the problem is that all of our characters seem to get along and are pretty well all friends with each other. we don't have a consistant level of conflict, which isn't to say that i expect aki or anyone to have to provide that. i'm also guilty of the 'friends with everyone' symptom. it's trending, though, that our biggest turnouts are when we start fighting each other, which is normal in real life especially in a school setting.
so let's all stop getting along so well! hahaha

I'm not going to say much, I had a lot of things happen after my friend almost commited suicide (bs with his family) it hit me pretty hard and I've haven't been in the mood to rp
anyways Aki I can understand a lot of thing and I still have a class open that I wish ppl could help with moving that along (-_-) and I'm trying to come with a mission for everyone but I haven't came up with anything so I'll try to come up with something ( confused )
