Cybelle was in the library sitting cross-legged on a pile of books. She looked up when she heard Raven and snorted. it reminded her of how crazy she used to be. Then they took her, stripped her of her skin and branded one of her eyes, almost robbing her of all sanity in return. She had little sources of joy in the world and they would have to do. She picked up a large book and opened the bindings. A massive shadow tried to crawl its way out of the book. Cybelle flung it to the floor and the room grew dark. All light was sucked from the room, leaving only the candles. A red eye glowed in the darkness and an insane smile crossed Cybelle's face. Her whole body seemed to crackle with red electricity. An electric jolt ran up her spine frizzing out her hair, making her look like she did when she first escaped that asylum. The same mark imprinted into her eye glowed on the floor and the book exploded. She smiled but dropped it as she turned back to normal, but her red eye kept the seal glowing as it began to pour black blood.

"I'll be ok. My power fluctuated when trying to seal a demon. Since I was tested on any over exertion damages me from the inside out. The seal on my eye was created to kill me but did something very different. Its called, or rather she's called Freie (Free). The seal protected me and if I need to talk to someone a mirror appears in my mind and I can see her in my reflection, just like me but with two whole red eyes. Thats what happens if I talk to myself. I'll be ok. I promise."She stripped off half of her bandage and made it into a bandage over her eye. "It'll fix itself in 24 hours. I'm glad you're here, I'll go find a few more books." She kissed his cheek before running of further into the library.

Raven looked at Kaukose while he talked nodded his head to the bird he knew better then to bring up her past and he would do he best to help her in any way idlely he watched her stab a hand crawling out of the book and smirked while he would help her any way he could he didnt need to worry adout her getting hurt to much he knew she was stronger then him but still it would be wise to keep a close eye on her in case she need anything "haveing fun?" he asked smirking at her

Kale had indeed fallen asleep after a while of just closing and resting his eyes. Kaida's soft, rhythmic breathing had been the source and cause for it. Although when he caught Kaida's excited emotion, he awoke slowly, before he realized that Kaida was not in his arms. He quickly looked around to find her and was glad that she was still in the cave, and that fact alone calmed his nerves. Who would have ever thought that having a pregnant mate would get the male to be so nervous when the woman was not near?? He sure didn't.

Seeing her rubbing the ever growing bump in her abdomen, Kale smiled softly, before getting up and wrapping his arms from behind her, his hands joining hers on her flesh where the growing child was. He kissed her neck softly, taking in her sweet, addictive scent greedily, his nerves calming even more. "The child will be strong if it keeps growing this fast." he slightly teased. If that were the case though, then Talon's child would be strong in a matter of days, if not stronger for a while, than an adult vampire. Kale turned Kaida so he could hold her against his chest, his hand on her cheek lovingly before he lowered his face to kiss her lips softly, having somehow missed the contact of her lips on his.

After a minute or two, he finally pulled away, smiling. "Lets go and get Talon and his family and go home." he told her softly, moving some of her hair behind her ear.

They did eventually find Talon and Echo, young James had apparently been running around everywhere so he was in Talons arm, Talon holding him like he would a duffel bag. Arm around James's waist, allowing the rest of his body to hang out and struggle the entire way back to the mansion. Echo wasn't too pleased with what Talon was doing, but she seemed to accept it reluctantly, knowing that Talon knew what was best in training and punishing the young vampire properly. They had come to terms that Talon would have to tell Echo what he was going to do when the time required for him to do something, that way Echo wouldn't be so...drawn to help James and comfort him, as most of the time when the mother comforts the child, the child would run to the mother to escape what the father would do to it, knowing it did something wrong.

From the looks of things, Talon had yet to allow Echo into his thoughts, which means that Talon was taking the hard, but necessary road with their bond. Talon was now forced to train and teach two 'newborn' vampires, one being his mate and the other his child. Kale almost felt like scolding Talon. A newborn vampire was no easy process to train and teach, and Talon was taking on two. He should have waited to impregnate Echo until she was more trained and taught of their world, but then again, it was impossible on Talons part. Talon was cursed to lay a seed of a child within every time he lay with someone, and to bond with Echo he had to go all the way.

It was another three hours before the mansion came into view, and both Talon and Kale were a bit relieved to come back to safe haven of the mansion, and bring their families into the walls of it instead of out in the open where they were vulnerable. Kaida seemed just as excited, James was curious to the large house and once more began struggling to be put down, promising to behave, Echo was looking just as curious.

Talon glanced down at James, his eyes stern and silently telling James to settle down. James got the message and grumbled, knowing he wouldn't get away from his father anytime soon. His father seemed to know when James had something up his sleeve. "Echo, welcome to your new home. We have more family inside those walls. Would you like to meet them?" Talon asked, turning to his mate, smiling sweetly.

Kale chuckled at the boys behavior and rubbed the little tikes head. Only a few days old and he was already looking and acting like a 4 year old, even had the mind of an 8 year old. The strength though would come later. "Sorry kid, your father is just too good at detecting mischief. Take it from someone who constantly tried to ruin his day." Kale teased, grinning, even more so when James just turned away from him.

Before the happy group broke the trees however, Kale stopped, his grin gone. He took Kaida's wrist and kept her from going further and Talon seemed to stop and glance at Kale curiously. James was annoyed and didn't care about Kale he just wanted to go inside and play, although when Kale got a look in his eye, James was beginning to be curious as to what got his uncle so angry. Kale was angry indeed.

The vampires inside had humans inside but not because the humans walked in on a full moon, no...the vampires forced them there, men and women alike. Kale's mind was overflowing with their thoughts of blood and rape and torture, he wasn't able to control his mind reading when too many people were near by and that he wasn't prepared for. But the thoughts of blood and the screams he could hear in his head, had his fangs lengthening both in hunger and anger. Sure he used to be like that, but he never forced a human against their will to enter a vampire house, especially one that wouldn't let the human leave.

Talon looked at Kale, eyes narrowing some. "What's wrong Kale? Is something happening inside?" he asked, cautious as to not turn Kale's anger towards them. When angry, Kale was unpredictable, and even though he's changed, Talon doubted that particular area has improved.

Kale glanced at Talon, before his eyes went to James, Kale was going through the childs mind as though searching for something. He found what he was looking for but was not pleased in the results. James had the fire and wind abilities, and one other but that was unknown for now, but he was not strong enough to use them, both physically and mentally. "Talon, could you stay and watch Kaida for me? I have to do some cleaning inside." Kale knew that Kaida probably saw what was in Kales mind concerning the workings inside the mansion, so he hoped that Kaida would stay with Talon for a while until he came back.

Without waiting for a response, Kale went inside. He had to kill every human that was there, but he did it swiftly so as to end their suffering, though the newly turned vampires were not so lucky, he had to kill the more wild ones. Kale forced them all to the basement and walked them all into cages, and before he left their minds, he locked them in. When he did leave their minds, they were rowdy and angry. Only when he caused inward pain, did they shut up and realize their position. Kale gave them the promise that if they behaved for 50 years, they could come out. They would get a bottle of blood once a week. They didn't like the length of time as they were still thinking like humans, but Kale didn't bother to fix that little problem, they would realize with time.

Back upstairs, Kale beat the vampires that were there originally, causing pain mercilessly, needless to say they got the point, but were not happy about it. By the time Kale came back outside, he was nearly covered with blood of the new born vampires and when he had to beat up the older vampires. "Its cleaner now. We should get the girls and James into their rooms quickly, I doubt they want to see the mess I created." He spoke softly.

When Kale had left her absence, Kaida had put her hand over her mouth and her eyes closed. The devastation was too much to handle. Kaida knew what it was like to be vunerable and taken advantage of. She looked down to James and smiled slightly, trying to calm the boy. However, she knew that he was knew and probably preferred his parents to her at any time. She rubbed her stomach slowly, sighing slightly. When he came back out the blood was almost overwhelming, but since she was in control she wasn't affected that badly.

A month had passed and Kale was weak, and had to hunt for Kaida and her child. Her stomach had grown extrodinarily and she was drinking far more blood than normal. Kaida went down the stairs when he left, going to the fridge. She got several bad looks from the others, and by now was used to it. Kale had done some massive damage control, and the hate fell on Kaida and her unborn child. She heard banging from the basement and chains breaking hard, she opened the door and her eyes went wide at the sight. There was blood all over and cages were opened, and all eyes went to her. They stared at her before charging. Kaida screamed running as best she could up to her room and closing the door behind her, but they broke through it. Backed against the wall, holding her stomach, Kaida shivered against the wall before her anger rose and she growled, lighting travelling along her body. Most of the newborns couldn't get past the shield of electricity that she created, so went and started to terrorize the other, less powerful vampires and sucking their blood. A sharp pain formed at the base of Kaida's stomach, and she screamed in agony. There was blood seeping through her pants and her belly was shifting. "Kale!" She screamed out in agony, holding her stomach in fear that something bad happened to her child.

One rogue vampire came into the room then, grinning wickedly. Flanked by a few of their friends, the lunged at Kaida, holding her down as the woman ripped off her shirt. "You see, the baby is dying and needs an emergency c-section." She slashed her stomach open as blood and the embryo was released, the crying baby ripped from her stomach. Kaida screamed, but there was nothing to do. The excessive blood loss got to her head as they lept out the window with all the newborns to the city in search of blood. "My baby!" Kaida screamed, crawling to the window regardless if she may have died in the process. She loved that child -- she couldn't even tell what gender it was it was gone so fast-- more than anything, and she would fight to keep it alive.

Raven nodded never taking his eyes off the wounded woman calling all of the ravens to him he look at her its done there on the way kneeing down beside the woman he watched as Cybelle stuffed blood down her thoat feeling help less he asked "what can i do is there anything i can do to help?"

Kale was overly protective of Kaida, and even had her sitting most of the time to relax. But over time, she had made a point that he needed to feed, and more than once. He couldn't keep giving blood without feeding for much longer. So he reluctantly agreed to go out hunting, but asking her to stay in their room, even though he knew she wasn't going to since she was quiet restless.

He was gone for only a half hour before he felt Kaida's fear and he could see why. He headed back as fast as he could, but before he could even get there, he felt her pain and loss as the vampires took their child. Growling, Kale was at a loss on what to do. That is, until Cybelle came with her companion and helped Kaida, so he went after his child. He was able to breach the minds of the group that held his still crying baby. He forced the death of all but the one holding the baby, making it so they couldn't see, hear or feel anything except pain as their inner organs began to explode within. He would have to deal with the many other vampires that escaped later, his child and mate are all that mattered to him right now.

Walking up to the woman that held his baby, his daughter, he gently took her from the vampires arms and then without warning his hand was seen buried in her chest and the next moment, he pulled out her heart among other organs, watching as she fell into dust a moment later. Carefully cradling his newborn daughter, he took off his shirt to wrap her in it to keep her warm and he cooed to calm her down as he headed back to Kaida. Of course, he wanted to share this moment with his mate, so he hoped that Kaida was watching through their link. Kale would probably spoil his new princess too, as somehow, seeing her first smile, smiling up at him had him soft in the heart. She would probably end up being a Daddy's girl no doubt, and the Daddy would more than likely be possessive and protective when she came to the age of liking boys.

Hearing a bird crow, he looked up and found a strangely large looking crow, and watched it as it crowed a few more times before flying away, and towards his home no less. He was an hour walk away, and he really didn't want to scare his daughter, but he also didn't want to leave Kaida in the state she was in. So he tucked the little baby so she couldn't see the fast movement around them and ran speedily back to the loving arms of his wife.

He was there soon enough and he walked over to her and gently made her lay down again, her wounds still causing pain. He lifted his wrist to her mouth, silently telling her to drink so that she could hold their new child.

(Wow....O.o i must be in story mode or something.....i've been doing a lot of long posts lately)
