Sami calmly took one of the cheesecake slices and showed it to him from across the room.
"I'm sharing that bed with you if there are no blankets left, or this is ALL going in your ears," she stated calmly.

Beans entered into the station, snacking on two egg rolls at once, the papers of information AND the bag (box?) of Chinese food hanging from his other hand.
Since his hands were full, Beans kicked the door in a knock. "Chief? Hellooo? I brought lunch."

Sami smiled brightly.
"So do you want a slice?" She asked him. "Or can you not eat because you just went to the dentist?"

"Well it is soft, however I should probably take it easy" Anthony replied, thought the cheesecake was rather enticing.

Beans nodded to himself, then jumped up and kicked the door in. The point of knocking was because he couldn't open it himself, yet he was hungry and did not want to put down the egg rolls.
"Afternoon, chief," he said in greetings, placing the box on a clear area of desk. "You like egg rolls, rice, or sushi?"
((To note, he kicked the door IN not DOWN. It's perfectly fine... XD))

Sami nodded and set the slice back down.
"Okay. I'll eat mine when you and the police girl are up for it," she replied. She looked quizzically at the door. "How long is that guy going to take?"

"I like all of it...if that's what you got me" Arthur replied, "I'd also like any information you have".
The male nurse came back in and began tucking Anthony in with the new blanket. "Um...thank you" Anthony said, stuck in the bed like a sardine.
"You are very welcome" the nurse said and left.

Sami's jaw dropped.
"WHAT?!" She exclaimed, a little frantically, though her voice was low.

Beans straightened, then looked puzzled for a moment. "I forgot the tacos. Can't have Chinese food without tacos and sushi. Oh well," he said, handing a box of rice to the chief. He also had one for himself. The rest of the food was just... jumbled. "Grab what you like," Beans said, digging in.
After a minute of eating, Beans remembered the papers he had also set down. Gesturing to them, he spoke. "That's the fingerprint match, description, and most likely a false name of the man who I'm fairly confident is our shooter. He was in a hospital for a venomous snakebite, if that makes any sense. No leads on Anthony. He and Rose... were out eating, he said. I checked around her house, took care of her cat. And I ordered extra chipotle sauce with this Chinese. And I should have ordered lasagna. You want ketchup?"
Beans was normally a strange person, eccentric, even possibly, but he was especially silly-acting today. Trying to forget a certain tragic event, no doubt.

"Well...here's your blanket Sami. I'm afraid your going to have to pull it off yourself as I cannot move" Anthony said.
"Thank you" Arthur said and began eating. When Beans had given him the report he replied "I see...well at least we have a case on something, but are you sure you don't have anything else on Anthony?"

Sami walked over to Anthony, muttering to herself.
"Che. I might as well just get in bed with you if that stupid nurse is gonna be like this..."
Grabbing the side of the blanket, she gave it an experimental tug.
It didn't move.
Sami's temple vein twitched.
"WHAT?!" She began to ruthlessly tug on the blanket. "Dammit... you... ********... thing! How... tightly... did... that... stupid... doctor... pack it?!"

Sami released the blanket, panting.
"Sorry..." she gasped. "I can't get it off..." Distraught, she turned and sat back on the chair, attempting to get comfortably, and failing miserably. "Meh, it's fine..." she breathed. "I don't like the color of that blanket anyway..."
