The caption is for the little speech bubble where you wrote "Genius." There's many different parts of the profile called "section," so if you want to change a section, you'll have to specify which one you want to change. For example, the section that shows your avatar and what items you're wearing. That's called the "profile" section. To edit that section, you'd use the code:

{
[CSS details go here]
}
