Well, I'm guessing there aren't too many large castles for sale in the area that have the proper living conditions for multiple vampires and other such beings.

No, there are not very many.
That said, i think this place is pretty well made for us..

That said, i think this place is pretty well made for us.. Especially with all the damage we've caused that's made us change it. Chocolate rain, the flooding of the living room, the destruction of the tower, the continual construction of the hedge maze...
