Tobias tossed Deni into the hole, using his Geomancy to bury her alive and block her magic.

Deni screeched as she was thrown into the hole and buried alive, and she couldn't use her magic to get out.
Once Deni's magic was blocked the force vanished and Kysha went limp and relaxed, but still hurt a bit.

I told you I would make you suffer before you died. Tobias thought coldly to Deni as he walked back to Kysha.

There was no response from Deni.
Kysha lifted her head weakly and looked at Tobias and then started to try getting up.

The spell didn't work since Kysha was at full health, she was just a bit unbalanced because of the pressure suddenly lifting from her.

Kysha looked at Tobias and gave what looked like a smile and barked, she was happier....though her bark almost sounded like a 'thanks'.

Kysha was quite stunned when Tobias responded to her, she hadn't quite realized that with Deni gone and her magic blocked, the spell that was turning Kysha more into a dog, was starting to wear off, though her body would remain a dog until the correct spell was cast. She tried to bark again in question, though it came out as "Understood?"
