I am so sad. I don't think I can be any more sad than I am right now, and it's not fair! No one should ever have to deal with any mental health issues, EVER!

I'm feeling sad and scared, and oddly violent, too, and that's even more scary.
I don't know why I'm telling you guys this, except that I don't know who else to tell, you know? This hurts so much.

I don' tknow what's wrong. I don't know. It just hit me, like all of a sudden. Like it always does. And sometimes I can push it away, and pretend everything's okay, but sometimes it's like a flood, you know? and you just have to wait until it dries up so you can clean up the mess.
Except I can't clean up this mess. I don't know how.
