"I guess it's settled then. Who's ready to kick some godly a**?" Riley said clapping his hands together as he turned to face the others. Admittedly, he couldn't help but feel a little eager about testing his full vampire abilities.

"Screw planning. Whoo!" Alana smashed something under her feet, transporting her and the vampires.
"Well, then," Hekate murmured. "Let's go." She flicked her wrist, and transported her and Mala.

Heaven seemed to be a shining city amongst the clouds, each god having a separate chunk to themselves, totally personalize to their liking while a sort of city for the angels floated below with buildings of marble and gold in pristine condition. Van would no doubt be at Atius' home.

Mala looked around in silent awe. She wondered where Van's portion was and how she should go about bargaining for his freedom.

"Somewhere over there." Alana gestured vaguely, plopping down on a sofa. "I can't go on an assault without blood." She poured some from a wine bottle, sipping gracefully.

Riley sighed, looking around while waiting for Alana to finish her wine. "No pressure, we're just on a rescue mission here...I'm sure Atius isn't screwing with Van or anything..."

"Riley, rushing things won't help either - no matter how much we want to. Knowing the fact that Atius hasn't been laid in over a millennia, as a sensible woman I'd rather not get myself captured and put in that position or killed." Mala said flatly, with clear annoyance at how helpless she was beginning to feel.

"Thank you, that's a relief to know." Mala said to Hecate in reply, relieved to know that she wouldn't be completely helpless. She looked back over to Riley and continued, "Even so, it'd just make things worse for him. You DO remember who we are coming to rescue - right?"

"It'd be hard to forget Van," Val said with a soft, wistful sigh, plopping down next to Alana, who poured her a glass of blood. "If he weren't going to be eventually wed to you, Mala, I would shag him until he faints."
