I know right???December is like the birthday month lol my birthday is on December actually, and a million people too, but it's cool,i like it for birthday party's(when I was younger of course, now it's only family).
2 hours!!!!!!!the most time I spent at the dentist was one hour and that was the day I got my braces off.Poor you to be honest,it's too long eek

Jealous! I wish it snowed here,it only gets cold.

I missed December by half a month and it sucks because after Christmas and New Year's everyone's always been too broke to get me anything good, meanwhile the July birthdays practically get a second Christmas. I wonder why no one has birthday parties as adults anymore? I'd love to have a big party but I don't know who I could invite. Eh, I guess my grandparents wouldn't let me throw the kind I'd want anyway. Le sigh.

My dentist visits are usually somewhat long, consequence of my mom not making me brush as a kid. I have to say few things suck as much as a parent that refuses to take on the role of parent.

It doesn't snow much here actually, some winters it doesn't at all. Either way, cold and dark days make me depressed.

My birthday is also December.
The braces off thing could be like late-birthday/early-Christmas present for me. I find that so awesome.

@Endria: I wish it snowed where I was. Do you want to know the four seasons where I live? Summer, Fall, Summer, and SUMMER. Really. My fifth grade teacher taught all his classes that. Guess which one "winter" is.

Sounds like a good place for me to live! Oh, but... hmm. When I'm not depressed I'm a manic tyrant, personally I prefer it but it can really scare people away. (Not that I'm blame them, I scare myself sometimes.)

Fred: Fall?

No December birthdays in my family.
Do you like having December birthdays, or do you find that they just get lumped together with Christmas into one big celebration?

Crystal: 2 1/2 hours!? Goodness! I don't think I'd be able to sit still with my mouth open for that long. I hope it's not for anything too painful.

I miss snow... We used to get lots of snow in winter; we'd go snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing out the front door. It was so fun to play in and make sledding ramps off the back deck.
I'm still not used to having Christmas in the middle of summer. Not sure I'll ever be...

@Lyra,I like it I get presents on the 16,24,sometimes 31,and 6 so i love it,and since it's before Christmas it doesn't get in the way.But my friend's mom birthday is in the 25th so no one celebrates her birthday,I find it kind of sad xp
@Fred,Awesome!when you get them off your going to feel so weird, how long have you had them?
......ummm......summer? lol
@Crystal,rainy dark days actually make me happy neutral .
I know it would be so cool, like throwing a party to my grandma or aunt or I don't know someone older,it would be fun in my opinion.I can't really complain about party's because I'm still young, but throwing a party with people my age would be a total disaster.
@DownAzzLette,24 and old??impossible! In my opinion 30 is still young, not a lot but still young.
My birthday is on the 16,when is yours Fred?

Lyra was right. It was fall. The summer in all caps was actual summer for nearly every other place on earth. Except, here, its like extreme. The average temperature for summer is at least 100.

@DownAzzLette: 24? Old? That just doesn't fit together. I know a 32 year old and she's still young. The only mark that I would say is the dividing line between old and young is 40. After that, everyone I know is old.

@Endria: Mine's on the 3rd. SO CLOSE! I've been counting days, but that just seems to make the time stretch longer. And I've had my braces for a little over a year. I know it's not very long (My brother had them since he was eight, and now he's fifteen and just recently got them off) but it just feels like I've had them forever.

@DownAzzLette: Well, maybe if you get surrounded by little kids you would feel old. Otherwise, you are still quite young! (Really I know the feeling and I'm only thirteen! A while back, I went to junior cotillion, and I was literally the tallest person there... and later I discovered it was because everyone else was at least a year or two younger than me. It just made me feel old; a seven grader in a sea of fifth/sixth graders.)

I agree, I'm usually surrounded by people younger than me or too much older than me and it makes me feel ancient. But then I'll spend time with someone only like 5 or 10 years older and it feels like we're both so, so young.

I hate to admit it but the chatterbox also makes me feel young in an immature way...I usually try to stay out of it but it's not bad stress relief sometimes.

But now i'm about to finally finishing up school to become a Elementary teacher( had to take a break cause mom got majorly sick). So yeah i'm feeling my age.
