The Fiend of the West Someone suggest really fun board type games other then. Risk. Life. Monopoly. Etc etc etc. Something I haven't played 100 times.

I'm a big fan of Arkham Horror, and Shadows Over Camelot can be a pretty good time. Also there's this one where you play Van Helsing and his team, can't remember what it's called..
Citadels is pretty fun for a card-based game, and I'm apparently going to be playing a new one called Munchkin this week that sounds amusing; I'll let you know how it goes. c:

Arkham Horror is that one where YOU JUST LOSE, right? I recall something to do with endless enemy spawns and very weak characters. On an unrelated note, I can't believe I hadn't heard anything about this remake until last night,  I don't know about you guys, but I thought the first one ( NES ) was pro. So much fun with that game. xd

Well, you missed out. Basically you open up the game at your house with a bag full of different color jelly beans. When you toss them and your blob eats them, he transforms into different things like rockets, ladders, trampolines, and whatnot.
The trampoline is funny because once you bounce on it like, 3 times you can't get off it without dying. It makes you go higher and higher each time you bounce, so soon you're bouncing 5-6 frames ( the game flashes to the next screen in line once you reach the edge ) up into the night sky with no feasible way ( that I can remember ) to stop bouncing without simply dying.
That and you can turn him into a rocket and hop on, which immediately flies you up into space and takes you to an alternate world.
Nifty game.

It looks really good. Art style is way better than the original. The blob looked really creepy in the first one. sweatdrop
