Eh, here in Australia, it's either University (for those who get an OP if you go to school in Queensland, which I do) or TAFE (for those who plan to go into trades and such...)

Rin Kairiu Alright, I need a jutsu to replace Rai bunshin on my profile, because the requirements changed... ^_^; The old requirement was lightning affinity OR be from Ame and taught by Ame shinobi... Well, Lightning clone isn't really a village specific technique anymore... considering Kakashi uses it...
