Also, why not just not do it? If they complain, they can do it. Because the city hates us and if we go over the grass height ordinance they will fine us a shitload of money. Even though I know 3 or 4 homes with much higher grass. That's the most retarded bylaw I've ever heard. Why should the city care if you don't mow your lawn?
