~Don't look like that. I meant the decision about the teleportation thing. I was away, remember?~

~Ouh.. I was talking about training in something more than teleportation. Control. You told me you wanted to help a while ago..~

Darker here than I remember... *Mouko whispers a couple of words, and a small flame ball rises in his palm. A gust of wind carries the flame above his head.* Much better.....
((All praise the almighty Seph for his gigantic donation. *Gets on knees and bows down*))

Seph turned to look at Nyl. "Hmm. Alright, I'm going to teach you a skill that's really helped me out since I became the Ho Sensei. I should have probably taught you this first, but I guess it slipped my mind. Normally, when a body's temperature rises above One-Hundred and Six degree's, the blood is at risk of, literally, boiling. Brain damage and death are the severest of results. But there is a way to raise your temperature with chakra, and protect yourself from the heat. After a while, it becomes second-nature, and your body stays at a high temperature until you wish to lower it."

She debated telling him that she already knew about the dangers of very high temperature, then decided against it. "Why in the world is this skill useful?"

"As soon as your internal organs and blood becomes used to a temperature around, say, six-hundred degrees, you can begin to train your flesh to resist high temperature's as well. And eventually, your body becomes resistant to all forms of heat. Fire included. Even Magma, when you get really good at it."

"But I already can withstand heat." She raised an eyebrow at him. "And I don't expect to be thrown into magma all that often."

*Mouko listens in on the conversation going on outside from his perch in the dojo. Considering the extreme length of his last absence, he is interested to learn new information about going ons in the dojo...*

"To any fire I've touched that I can recall. Except for when learning with you. It feels warm, but I don't think it's ever burned me."

Seph rubbed his chin. Curious. He nodded some. "Well, that's good. And you say that it's never burned you except when I've been teaching you?" He rubbed his chin once again, then nodded his head to the side. "Perhaps we should set this technique aside for a later time. How much have you been practicing your control over Ho?"

"Not much recently, because I've been trying to save chakra. But I did practice a lot before...erm...before you returned."

"The weapons I usually end up using are made of ice. Or they grow from the ground. Neither of those can really benefit from fire, I think." She grinned.

"Ah, you might not think so. For Ice melts in the presence of fire, right? But what if Fire was a sub-element? One that was only present during an attack?"
