Seph's eyebrow twitched. This was the problem with taking students that knew you before you were a Sensei.
~Speak like that to your Sensei again, and you'll find out how the undisciplined are handled in the Ho Dojo, Kaimen.~ Seph sighed some. It was good Kai couldn't see his face right now. He had no intention of punished Kai for calling him out, but he needed to establish some level of superiority over his students in order to actually 'teach' them.

Nyl sat on the roof, leaning back and looking at the sky, suitably amused. They should all know better than to mess with the Ho master.
I wonder if Seph will use his usual tactics on their first day...
She laughed out loud at that thought. She wondered if she could somehow arrange to be there.

Seph stretched and sat up on the porch, rubbing his eyes as he looked about. He yawned a bit and nodded his head to the side. Was it getting chillier?

Nyl slid to the edge of the roof and leaned over. She could just barely make out Seph sitting there. She jumped down, mentally cursing herself for doing that again, goshdarnit, and turned to face him.
"Ho, thief-sensei?"

Seph looked up, then nodded. "Ho, Doc." He smiled and stretched. "Now, as I was saying the night before, do you want to learn something Firey or Temperature-y?"

A little girl ran out to Mr. Sephiroth and Ms. Nyl, giggling happily. "Ms. Nwyl! Mr. Sephiwoth!" Right behind her a man walked over, smiling down at Syoku, then looking to Sephiroth, then Nyl. "Hello."
