I've really only had my two people I trained up from academy until recently, Levels 24 and 28, and the other two I created just recently are plot device villains by point of purpose (Even if they are going to be a blast to rp.)
Actually now that you mention it, out of curiosity,
neutral what are the strengths of the villages like right now? What I mean is, what's the current political state of the other villages and such? I know that Kohnoha's in isolation still with the war going on, and that some of the villages are closed down, but of the active villages, what's the situation like?
The reason I asked was because after...ahem, certain events (if you don't already know what they are then you're new and should just enjoy the surprise
wink ), two of my characters will be leaving Otogakure, and heading off to another village. Cheer suggested Mist, but I was wondering if I wanted to stop by and have a few adventures along the way, maybe interact with some other people's Characters and such...kind of like a...road trip.
