Interest In Your Insides Lance, what are the requirements for moving so fast that you can't be kept up with,by the human eye? like what do I need for that? A cannon.

I mean, I don't want to wear bajillion pound weights. But I'd like to be able to have that kind of speed as a trump card. Also Lance, I don't know If Greger said anything to you, But he told me he'd talk to the crew about a fair bonus for my character, As he cannot mold chakra, much like Lee.

Lance Fulgurant duckmasta Lance Fulgurant duckmasta <--- has just realized with his character setup he can perform a B-rank technique for a c-rank cost and achieve either an A-rank or S-rank effect..... how so? I might want to redo something on my clan. as it states currently my clan bonus reduces my chakra cost of a Kenjutsu technique that uses chakra by 2. Furthermore some of the techniques are Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu hybrids. Suiton Ninjutsu, to be precise. Following that idea...my character has as a shinobi type elemental control (suiton) theoretically speaking, under the best of circumstances that could happen. The chakra cost bonus for kenjutsu should not count for the hybrids, or at the very least it should only be at a -1 chakra cost bonus I thought so too. I think i'll go in and specify that it doesn't apply to hybrid techniques. I didn't catch that til now, so I figured that's a bit much.

@Interest: That's only if you can manage to hit me. By the time you get close enough, you'd trapped in my torture Genjutsu and be filled with poisonous needles that removes your senses one by one. Then a field of explosives would fall around the area and you'd get blown up by trying to run around in the condition your in. I love my RPC!!! heart heart heart heart

Thats how I withstand the impact of your leg I break your leg with my awesome staff. And Ultimate Release as a C-Rank? Somebody was doing some drugs when they thought that up. Either it's ranked wrong, or the guy just thought calling it ultimate sounded cool.

It's quite fair considering my character can't mold Chakra at all.
