And I'm quite aware how hard it'll be to find a Jedi. I'm thinking my best chances would be to have Kathleen 'reveal' herself as a Force-user, and somehow attract the attentions of one of you two

He tends to avoid other force users like the Plague.

Whoa!!! Way to aggressive! You don't want the sith to switch from peacekeeping to war-fighting mode. We still have a vast numerical superiority in those sectors and most of those systems you listed would be immediately counterattacked by the Sector fleets in the region.

Well... leave something for the community man. If you suddenly sieze all that territory the dogs of war come out. Those sector fleets go from policing their sectors to coming after you. You don't want a couple thousand imperial starships to suddenly go from doing convoy escort, customs duties, and police actions to all out war.

I won't take them all, just a few small ones for now, little obscure planets they have no jurisdiction to come into without extreme hassel by the locals. I won't move onto Bonadan or Cadomai for several weeks of RP time.
First I'm going to destabilize the Perlimian, and see to an end of some of the blockade. They should be reeling soon.
