Hmmm, i need a theme for all my custom jutsus. Not really to be based off of, but a naming theme. I'm thinking Arthurian Legends.
Lancelot's Lance
the Green Knight's Ax
Merlin's Wisdom
etc.
Alright and i've already thought of three jutsus, and those would just be good names for them <.<
Any opinions or suggestions? It doesn't really matter, but i just like having themes when it comes to names

Well if it's your clan I'd say go with something with speed as theme. Like perhaps dieties and sacred animals known for their speed. Perhaps even things in nature known for intense speed.
If you want to go with Arthurian Legends though perhaps names such as: Pendragon Tempest, Deep Sleep Avalon, Excalibur Strike, Virulence of Morgause, or Binding Death Mordred. Well those are off the top of my head. Something like that I guess. It may work better though with objects rather than people's names sweatdrop

Could be a Knife-hand Jab of some sort. Maybe focusing the Chakra within/around the hand as a straight/forward attack, like a spear or lance ir something. I don't have any ideas for this, other than some sort of downward attack. I REALLY can't think of anything for this one.

Haha i already thought of them. And all of Amane's jutsu are Taijutsu based/uses kicks since she only fights with feet... If anyone reads One Piece they might be able to figure out my inspiration <.<
Lancelot's Lance: Whether it get's named this or not, this is going to be Amane's signature attack. It can only be used at the start of a battle, when she is still moving at full speed. While sprinting, she uses the momentum from it to place one straight kick, with enough power to knock someone on their back.
Green Knights Ax: This would be the Taijutsu that would someday become painful sky leg. Can only be used effectively after Lance [so need to be level 5]. As the lance hits and knocks them down, a follow up drop kick is placed into their stomach hopefully stunning them for a bit.
Merlin's Wisdom: Amane fails at all things Genjutsu. This would be her fall back at the academy, if someone used Bunshin no jutsu, she would kick the ground and go into a windmill breakdancing move. This would spray dust and pebbles, which would go through the bunshins, and bounce off the real person so she could figure out where to attack.
Though i kind of like the idea of naming them after animals... Well mystic animals anyways <.<
I'm only soso on real life animals haha. And just for sheer awesomeness i think i will name one of her jutsus Excalibur

Zineal: Heh Sanji? ^_^. Don't take this the wrong, but for some reason I find Amane reminds me of Rock Lee. There's something about that determination and the kicks.
If you want to try animals, you can try with horses since their fast. Pegasus, I believe Icarus is one. There is also Red Hare which I believe is Lu Bu's steed in Chiniese mytho (Kouri knows this better than me so if I'm wrong I can count on her to correct me here lol). If you want to try quick animals there are a few. Something like maybe to do with the speed of a hummingbird's wings.

Haha yeah, Amane is nothing like Sanji as far as personality goes, just her fighting style. But that's because Sanji has possibly my favorite anime fighting style ever... Mugen from Samurai Shamploo is a close second...
Haha I dunno alot of Eastern legends, so the red hair is foreign to me. Though if we're talking about the same Icarus, he is the son of the genius Daedalus, and the kid who flew to close to the son.
hmmm, maybe Unicorns Lance (god that sounds girly...) , Titan's Hammer (okay, not know for speed, but the second one is going to be a slow attack, will make sense when i get the name and try to approve it...) , And... Errr... Pixie Dust? Haha alright, i have no ideas for what to name the last one...

Zineal: Whoops you are right. I may be thinking of something else then. Icarus flew too close to the sun. Sanji and Mugen have one of my fav fighting styles too. I just like how Mugen is so spontaneous and unpredictable with it ^_^. For a unicorn attack maybe, Flash Pierce Unicorn? A slow attack.... hmm Cyclops Wrath?

Yeah, Mugen is just plain awesome. I think his win against the Steel Hand Claw guy (Dankbou or something) was the coolest thing ever. Crap i should change the subject! If we keep talkin bout him imma have Amane train to use a ninjato and start learning Copeira <.<
