"Ok miss know it all, how do we find him now?"Skat asked not very amused with the situation.
"Get your big blue friend to help of course, I know he knows how to find people, even in the dreaming," Lilith hissed back quietly.
"Well let's hope our friend is on the path at least," Vander says as Skat looks to him.
Vanders took a second to pull out a lighter and a flask from his pockets. Preparing for to use the art he took a swig from the flask and lit the lighter. He then spit out the liquid and above the lighter a small ball of blue flame appeared and hovered.
"Take us to the Eshu known as Tiny, please. My two friends and I believe he is currently in this realm somewhere."The ball of flame danced above his head for a moment and then moved at a leisurely pace down the Silver Path. There was an audible sigh of relief from two of the companions. After following for some time the flame veered of the path and into the darkness commonly known as the Forest of Lies. This time all companions make an audible noise... a groan.
"Trust and Eshu to go and get himself lost in the Forest of Lies. It's a good thing we came to find him."Warily and moving slowly the group takes the first step off the Silver Path hoping to see it again soon. Almost the same moment there was a horrible wail that sent Lilith almost to the ground. The three looked around but saw nothing, not even the Silver Path they were just on. Visibly shaken the three moved on following the blue flame and it's guiding light.
Suddenly the flame stopped and went out. The three looked around expecting to see their friend, but saw only darkness. The wood seemed to surround them and they could hear only their own breathing.
"Tiny? If you're there please come out, we've come to rescue you.""Tiny... Tiny... you dare to call me tiny?"bellowed a deep voice reminiscent of James Earl Jones from seemingly everywhere in the darkness.
"Yes yes I do, because if that isn't who you are then it's a dead give away that you are obviously tiny and infinitesimal to be angered about it." The other two looked at Skat in wide eyed disbelief, horrified that he would be so rude to whoever owned such a commanding voice.
"Well if that's the case I am just going to have to," a short man came out of the darkness smiling gently.
"say hi Skat how have you been?"
"I've been behaving like always, but more importantly Spaghetti Sidhe deperately needs our help to fend of dragons that have suddenly burst through the dreaming into her new home. The sooner you guide us to the Silver Path, the sooner we can fight some dragons." Tiny shakes his head wondering which parts of Skats tale were true and which were mere misleading statements. Still never one to shy from an adventure he smiled his assent and guided the party to the Silver Path.
"Lilith. Vander. Follow me."Knowing Tiny to be a man of few words, with anyone other than Skat, the two just nodded in greetings and followed Tiny, Skat merrily skipping beside the quiet Eshu. After only a few steps the friends found the Sliver Path and more important than that an exit from the dreaming at it's end.
After exiting the dreaming Skat took a quick look around and looked accusingly at Tiny.
"Why is everything in Japanese? Sigh... I have to do all the work around here... Hmmm Shall we play Around the World in Eighty Seconds?"Skat jumped onto Tinys back, grabbed Vander's massive pinky, wrapped his tail around Lilith's delicate hand, and used his free hand to throw down a smoke pellet.
"Ninja Vanish!" A second later the group appeared in front of Marienara's house. Skat let everyone go and jumped back to the ground and led his friends into the house. He hoped that they weren't gone for to long in the dreaming.
