*A sound like a hammer hitting a table is heard as Zyphier let's his head hit the ground as the scrolls he was studying turned into one and the words started doing the conga.* Man what gives? I don't think I learned anything from all of this. *he staggers out into the main courtyard and looks around for one of the sensei's perhaps some hands on training would help.*

Nyl sat on the roof, looking down at this new person who still hadn't given his name. She found him amusing.

*looking at Nyl he smiles and then bows* Hello Sensei Nyl. I was hopeing someone could well... Explain the basics of Chakra manipulation, and well you seem to be the only one here. I hope it wouldn't be intruding to ask you for tutoring.

"Actually, if you want to be technical," she smiled slightly in amusement, "I can't teach you anything. You have to be at least a Chunin in some other element before you learn from me." She sighed. "And if you want the truth, I am certainly not the person to learn chakra manipulation from. That wasn't how I was taught - I didn't learn it was chakra that I used until much later."

Ahh. He says weakly. I think do to mitigating circumstances beyond my control I'm going to have a proglem with mono-elementalism. It's a rather complex issue involving many sever problems beyond my control. I hope you understand.

-=Neko stepped out of the shadows of the porch, smirking a bit at Zyphier before speaking in a calm, collected voice=-
Well, due to circumstances beyond our control, I'm afraid that we'll have trouble accomidating your problem with mono-elementalism. I'm so sorry, but we are disinclined to aquiesque to your request.

"Ah, but this is how our academy works. You focus entirely on one element until you've learned discipline," which you seem to lack, judging by yesterday's antics, "and some degree of mastery. And then you can change if you like. But they're the rules, and they must be followed. I hope you understand."

*he sighs and then looks at Nyl and Neko* Can I talk to both of you in private...er...away from other people who might find out things best left unsaid?

There's noone around but us and the rodents. So here seems like a fine place...
-=He crossed his arms, smiled, and leaned against a post on the porch=-
~Hey, Nyl. Erm. Thanks for everything last week...I really owe you all, and I'm sorry for the trouble...~

~You do owe me. I'll collect on that eventually. But you don't need to apologize, and you weren't all that much trouble. I wish people would stop apologizing for that. ...Besides, Fen did all the work. I just went after the book.~

Seph rocketed forward, caught himself on a branch, and leaned dangerously forward on it before slowly leaning back and bobbing a bit on it. He looked down at the ground, his chakra easy to pick out among the birds and frogs around. He yawned some.
