[[I'll use that then.xD]]
Sha blinked looking at Maara then the Crayon reaching out and grabbing it to look at that peice of it. It was strange the nymph, "How long, Have you been with Trina?" He asked her recalling her cry 'Trina wont let you hurt me, you can't' And smiled just enough to please himself though this. Looking over at her once more he waited, Maybe she was useful, then again she as a nymph more then likly unable to keep focused for more then five minutes at time.

((I like that...'I don't suffer from insanity...I enjoy every minute of it!' That's awesome.))
Maara perked back up, rather glad to be talked to. "Seven months, two weeks, and four days." She said happily, tail swaying. The specific answer might have seemed odd, but Maara counted every day, because it was a day she was not with her mother. "She saved me from drowning!" Maara piped, beaming as if this were a great acomplishment on her part. Her tail swayed contently behind her as Maara nodded, tapping her shoes again.

"mm, She is an interesting person isn't she?" He questioned sounding distant but was really rather curious at how he could really get under Trina's skin. Hurting the girl would get him killed that thought concluded he had to find another way to get into her head. " Does she have hobbies?" Sha asked watching the girl with a small fake smile that didn't seem fake at all.

Maara's tail swished in agreement as the girl nodded. "Yep. She's different. I like her." She said, smiling almost absently, clearing considering this. Then he asks another question, and Maara giggled. "Hobbies? Trina? No...not really. She walks a lot, and watches things. She likes to watch the windows, and reflections ya know? I get her to play with me sometimes...ya know? But Trina never wants to win any games...so it's not much fun, even when I tell her the rules. She sleeps alot, more than me 'cause she has to. Sometimes she reads, or looks up stuff in a dictionary. Ya know? That book with words in it?" Maara didn't seem to actually be asking him questions, just ending sentences in that open ended way of hers. It was easy to see why Trina couldn't understand Maara most of the time...the girl could talk fast.

Having nothing else better to focus on he fallowed every word she said and took note of every word muttered form her lips, mouth. " A Dictionary.." He said slowly looking at the broken red crayon. " And She likes staring at things..How do you suppose she thinks?" He asked scanning her careful with his words slow and thought out unlike her nymph like babbling.

Maara paused, considering this. "Well..." She started slowly, thinking. "Sometimes...she's sort of...distracted ya know? Those are the days she just looks at things, like no one else is there. She's almost sad, but she's not sad. And she won't get things...even if you say 'em slow. She tries to think, but...she looks all lost. She doesn't like company on those days, not really. Just River. Even I leave her alone, but I know she wouldn't ask me to." Maara paused again, considering. "Most times, she's sort of happy. A quiet happy. She still doesn't talk much, unless you ask her something. Trina doesn't talk alot...ya know? She doesn't mind people on then. I talk to her a lot, and she sits, and pays attention to people. Ya know? Doesn't just watch, but listens. Trina's a good listener." Then Maara was quiet, picking up a blue crayon and holding it in her left hand. She seemed to be thinking about her words, wanting to get it right. "And then...not a lot...but sometimes...Trina knows who she is. I know she knows. She's not lost ya know? Like she found a map? Those are the days she stays in her room, or goes on walks. Trina understands more stuff on those days...alot more. She's still quiet, but she'll ask questions, even to strangers, not just me or River. So...I guess on those days...Trina does remember, and then she's sad, but not really. But she's not happy. She told me once...awhile ago...that she doesn't like what she is. But it's okay she said, 'cause she doesn't remember disliking it when she is what she is. I don't know what that means. It's wierd. Like when she dreams. Wierd." Maara seemed to find all the seriousness taxing, but she still studied the blue crayon, wondering.

Sha nodded, She knows who she is and doesn't like it yet acts like she doesn't know herself. But she does. That makes sense. "...Taxful isn't it? Learning every little thing about someone...Though no matter how hard you try you won't ever know everything. You'll have to start asking and know how to stop." Sha explained slowly to her eyes flickering over the broken crayon. "This could represent many things. " He said shifting in his seat unaware of his posture his Perfect posture until just now. Looking at his hands he smiled small just faintly there and looked at Maara agian how she examined the Crayon she'll be a good thinker. " Hmm, Ever have conversation with her long enough to get anything of use out of her?" He asked thoughtfully.

Maara sort of shrugged, still looking at the crayon. "Trina doesn't always answer questions...I don't know if it's because she doesn't know, or can't find the words to say. I think she doesn't want me to know." Her eyes lifted to the broken one, wondering how many things. "I don't use Trina..." Maara said slowly, head tilted. "I learn more by watching then by asking...ya know? If I knew that funny language, maybe I could understand Trina more, since she talks in her sleep sometimes...but I don't. I don't know what scares her when she sleeps. I know it's gotta be bad though." She thinks over the few times Trina actually did the talking, but a lot of it didn't make any sense. "I know she doesn't understand hate." Maara finally said. "She doesn't understand it at all. I don't think Trina does hate."

Maara seemed to consider this, then; "But she can get mad. Not all yelling and stuff...but kind of scary. She scared my mother, and my mother isn't scared of anything..." Maara shook her head.

"Your mother.." Sha said slowly having listened to her rant "Is afraid of everything." Sha murmured looking at the broken crayon. "She is Afraid of everything and to take for granted her power she learned not to Show her fear of anything- because she liked watchig Your fear more then her own. " Blinking slowly he pushed the crayon back together then parted it again. "...She is Afraid. Why else would she harm you? She was afraid you'd harm her. You where a fault more then likely. Though Trina doesn't understand a Kiss Either." Sha said trying his way with acting. He as good enough at it. He sounded timid, almost but he really wasnt his mind was reeling slowly setting the words in place.

Maara blinked once, twice, and nearly told him that was not so, but reconsidered, thinking about this. Her mother had liked watching Maara when Maara was afraid...she had thrown her into a lake for entertainment, then left her there hadn't she? Good thing Trina was there... Maara shivered. "I wouldn't have hurt her..." Maara said to herself, since it was most certainly true. Then she suddenly hears the last part, and giggled. "Trina doesn't get anything like that!" Maara said, thinking it was funny. "How'd you know anyway?" She asked, tail forming a question mark behind her.

Blinking at her observation skill kicking in. She knew it made sense or some part of her did if she had to tell herself something like that. "How do I know?" He asked blinking, Acting right. "Well, I kissed her of course. I like her very much." Sha said openly as if that wasn't strange enough but it wasn't so much as true either. Sure he wanted to break the woman but would he let himself attach? No he didn't even let his parents that close."She didn't respond much so I figured she didn't understand the meaning of it." He murmured thinking, is this a good Idea? Surly this would gain trust before he could strike, It seemed so Perfect now.

Maara giggled. "You kissed Trina?!" She blurted in disbelief, laughing. "Sorry...I just didn't think anyone would...ya know? Cause she's so quiet?" Maara tilted her head, curious. "I didn't know you knew Trina...ya know?" Her tail flicked back and forth. "But nope. She doesn't get a lot of things about Gaia...ya know? And that's one of them." Maara put the blue crayon back on the counter. "And she never goes anywhere...not really...so...I don't know." Maara looked at her own coloring for a moment, then to the blue crayon, and then to the broken one.

"I see.." He murmured thoughtfuly apparently thinking about this new information. "I'll just have to try harder to get her to understand." He said standing up with a small smile. "Would you like to help me?" He asked maybe this will fare better. "Get the dictionary please." He said stepping back from the bar and Eyeing the kitchen door, what was she doing in there?

Maara's tail flicked, the girl clearly curious. "Oke doke." She said, hopping down from the bar stool and clicking up the stairs. She went into Trina's room and retrieved the battered red dictionary, which Trina had bought used from some bookstore, before Maara had ever met her. She hugged the book as she bounded back down the stairs, not wanting to drop it.
(I almost forgot she was in there...) Trina had already put everything away, catching sight of the back door, which was slightly open. Trina stood in the door way, looking at the sky, distracted. She had been standing there for a while, but time wasn't really Trina's strong suit. She was pondering something, clearly.
