Jagger shivered once, then put one hand over her torso. She leaned down as if trying to make the pressure stop. She looked at Armand but abruptly looked back down. She felt sick all the sudden.

Armand sighed and walked over to her.

"You probably should have listened to your friend...Miss Jagger. Seems you own him more then you owe me.. but if its any consolation...Im glad you trusted me." he offered her his canteen of water.

The feeling passed slowly, and in a few seconds was replaced with another pressure in her stomach, deper inside her this time as the root of power started growing within her, gathering energy from inside her. this woudl not make her neccesarily weak so much as a bit light-headed as it grew larger.

"The worst will be over in less then a few minutes, i promise." he said, the raven dissapearing after pecking him harshly on the skull.

Jagger recoiled and fell to her knees still holding her torso. As she listened to Armand she took deep breaths."He is just disappointed in me,ashamed if you will."she said between breaths. She nodded her head at his promise hoping he was right.

Armand leaned against the edge of the bridge, makign sure nobody would see what was happening.
"Relax Jagger... All things good must first feel like hell." he laughed a bit, finsishing his cigarillo and bending down.

The pressure inside was growing rather fast, a bubbling feeling as the green liquid created its own organ, its own sack of fluid inside her so that it coudl grow and incubate in peace deep inside her.

"This gift comes at no price but pain, Jagger. and i guarantee you will be able to do things you never thoguth possible when this is done and over with." he smirked and patted her head as her stomach gurgled in its growth.

Jagger began to shiver once more, her breaths coming in gasps as she felt something growing in her.She could fell the hell Armand was talking about.

"How did you obtain such a liquid, sir?"she said trying to draw her attention away from the pain. She felt her fangs enlong as if she were in danger and her eyes became a deep violet.

The moment Rizu reached the large open gap that stood between the laberyth of allies that was the city and the lush forrest of trees located in the middle of the park. He quickly picked up his speed, for a moment forgetting that Lyra was with him and still was new to being a wolf, most likely meaning that her running pattern would be that of a young wolf at best. Rizu stopped himself behind a tall tree and peered outward, there was no humans around at the moment which was nothing more than good fortune. Had this been a night more populated Lyra would be in a very tight spot not to be seen. Of course it did help that for a Lycan she was relitivly small, but she was still quite obviously not something that should exist in this world at all. Rizu let out a soft muted howl, signaling her his location so that she could continue to follow.

((ENTERS))

Madeline walked into the park silently , her black tutu blowing gently , as was her white hair . Her bustier was black and dark purple , and she looked completely enchanting at 5'10" . Sitting on a bench , her vampiric dark grey eyes scanned the area . An almost-barfing vampire was the most interesting thing there . Another boring night , she thought with a sigh .

It was obvious to Madeline that nothing interesting was going to happen here . So she left without another thought .

"El infierno, senorita... hell itself. where else could i exchange power or power, and obtain more then i bargained. it didn't matter to me when i recieved this gift WHO had it, only that a vmapire HAD it before it fell into the wrong hands." He answered, her stomach visibly stretching a bit.

"Depending on how much power you'll get, depends on how big you let the parasitic growth become before it evolves." he added.

Lyra struggled to keep up with him, Despite the fact she was getting used to this form, her movement was still so ungraceful compared to his and she found herself stumbling often. The Scenery changed around her from the very urban city to a kind of Suburban/Rural feel as they entered the parks. Everything was so different from this perspective. She breathed in deeply through her nose, enjoying the scents of the grass, flowers, and trees around her, amazed that she had never noticed it before. She had lost him in her Rapture and was only brought out of her daze by his soft hold. Making an aggravated noise she followed the sound to find his easily distinguishable body amongst the bushes. Sitting on her Haunches Lyra couldn't wait to change back so she could verbalize how she felt exactly.

Rizu turned and trotted off towards the deeper part of the park where a lush set of trees acted as a screen of cover for many of the night world. Here she would be free to learn to run and stretch her legs without fear of the human kind being exposed to her beastly training. Rizu stopped short and circled quickly before leaning up and viewer her directly in the eye. He snorted a bit before standing up and scratching his paw against the ground the same way he had before which indicated for her to fallow. Rizu leapt to his feet and took off, extending his legs as wide as they could go with every leap before bringing them all the way back when he reached the ground and exploding himself off again. When done all together this formation of motion translated into a very fixed and optimized run, waiting no effort at all allowing him to effortlessly glide through a limbo of air and land. Rizu closed his eyes, he loved running. It was one of the more enjoyable things about being a wolf in his opinion. Through his enjoyment he had once again almost forgotten that the much weaker and most likely slower Lyra was following.

This place was nice. It was tranquil and managed to make the hunter leader feel a little closer to nature ... With that thought, the thoughts of the trees and the closeness to nature she somberly inhaled the isolation of the trees, taking in their comfort. They were calm and yet they swayed as if they were empathetic and understood her pain. The trees were sheltering her from the rest of the world for now. It'd been a few days since she'd been in contact with anyone and it'd been for a reason. She was grieving but she was not the only one distraught at the loss. There at last, in tragedy brought unity. It seemed that the grief of the wolf and the grief of the human had been what had brought them together and oddly enough Meredith didn't feel so separate or detached from the creature within her now. In these moments she not only embraced her other side but she became one with it.

'S-so tired.'

The trees seemed to welcome her here, were calling to her and beckoning her to rest. There was just so much of it. Unbearable. The sadness was the most tangible for the pain and blood meant nothing to her in comparrison to what she'd lost. Even in this form, in which she was trapped, she managed to cry. The tears streamed down the cream toned fur and suddenly there was a crackle of leaves as well as a thump. The injured wolf's eyes were an indication of the route it was more than likely to take. The embers within those once resiliant eyes were slowly being smothered by sorrow and remorse. Had she not been so tired there likely would have been hatred but she was simply too fargone and too devoid of feeling to care. The numbness was settling in and the coolness of the ground was no different to her than the coldness of winter. A blanket of snow would actually be quite refreshing ...

The faintest of whimpers could be heard as the cream coated wolf laid there in a fast forming pool of its own blood. This beast had clearly been poached or attacked in some form though if someone happened to approach and inspected further they would be able to see the silver bullets embedded within the wolf's flesh. Some had even settled within the bone of the ribs. However, the blow that'd dealt the most damage was the one straight downwards ending at her abdomen. The condition of the wolf was absolutely appauling, extra skin hanging as if it were practically a cadaver already and yet it held on. The wolf merely laid there and suffered with the faintest of whimpers, unable to carry itself further.

Meredith wanted nothing more than to sleep, to emmerse herself in sleep and wake up only to realize this all had been a nightmare. This hadn't really happened, it wasn't real. The humans hadn't attacked her and mauled her to the point she was no longer able to make her way back to haven, had they? Surely not. It was simply one of those nightmares she was going to wake up from. There was no possible way the humans could be convinced that the hunters who had all worked so hard to save them had been the ones behind the killings and terror in New York. And yet here she was. They'd known who she was and she was supposed to be an example for the hunters: not to cross the line and to never kill humans. Had she ever killed a human, though? It didn't make a difference whether she had or hadn't, the public was convinced that she was a figure head of evil and instead of taking her life they'd taken something else from her.

Veroen traveled like he had never traveled before through the Void. A rush of mixed emotions filled his mind, as he desperately wanted to find her. Something was wrong, something wasn't right.

Blood. Lycan Blood.

The smell filled his nose as he stepped out of the shadows behind him in Central Park.

Losing his assassin's resolve, he screamed Edith's name at the top of his lungs, desperately trying to find her.

He ran. As fast as his Vampire feet could take him. He skidded to a halt as he saw a glossy liquid on the ground, surrounding a black figure of a cream colored wolf.

No.

Veroen was in front of the figure, on his knees in the blink of an eye. It was Edith in her Lycan form. Veroen choked back cry's of frustration as he helplessly looked at the body of Edith in her Lycan form.

No.

There were numerous silver bullet wounds all over her. Skin carelessly hung from various areas on her body.

NO....

Veroen's face twisted into that of furious anger, and fear. His eyes darkened, until completely consumed by the Void, leaving only his crimson colored irises at their center.

He knew what had happened. He could smell the scent of Humans on her. They would pay.... All of them.

Picking up the broken body of a Lycan was no simple task. Tears streamed down his twisted and furious face, as he very carefully scooped up Edith, not knowing what to say, or what to do. All he could think was that she needed medical Attention, or she would die. and soon.

With a furious shout of anger, Veroen dissipated into the Void with Edith's broken body in his arms.

Armand yelped and gripped tight to his head. Veroens voice, a familiar one tore through his brain.
"nng.. so much torment here... miss Jagger.. mayhaps we shoudl find a more fitting place then this rather open-to-attack bridgetop?"
