Jagger was about to drink until she heard Travis's voice.She whipped her head and found him standing there looking quite ashamed.Jagger still held the vial tight.She bowed her head as anger boiled inside her.

Awaiting the Dukes answers, Travis calmed Jaggers mind. The aggresive and violent were always easier to get into because their minds were like open books. He calmed Jagger, unknowingly to her, her mind was relaxed and her anger calmed. Travis smirked at Jagger.

Jagger became abnormally calm,but kept her head bowed not wanting to see the look on Travis's face.He must be so ashamed...she thought.

Armand stopped and recorked the vial, surprised, and spun arond reflexively.
"HAHAHAHA. Yo no say hombre...miel de el infierno no es mal...Vamos, plebeyo." He said, looking entertained.
"Do not think you are smooth just because you speak espanol." He finished, getting the message across to Jagger.
"You don't have to take it if you dont want to.. i promise no miraculous ability to walk in sunlight.. merely a BOOST from what you already have.. and maybe some respect from elder vampires who look down on you." he siad, negotiating with both of them at once, trying to get across the fact he was no tryign to poison or harm the girl.
"my my, but people have become untrusting in this new era." he said, holding the vial towards jagger, but holding it more solid now that the newcomer had insulted his intent.
"SIlencio, por favor...this decision is not yours to make, but rather hers."

Jagger looked at Armand then the vial.She felt she could trust him but she also knew she could trust Travis.Drawn between the two she closed her eyes and shook her head.

Armand sighed and rubbed his temple, his other hand limp at his side.
"Tell you what... I will let you hold me personally responsible if anything aweful happens, si?" He offered travis, knowing he had to gain his trust.
"This stuff is dangerous to own... anyone who knows what it is would gladly kill me for a DROP of it..." he admitted.
"If she drinks it, she wins, I win, es magnifico, no? We're all safe!" he offered, stepping behind Jagger.
"If you don't want to... thats fine.. but.. don't let anyone get nt eh way of what YOU think is right... vampires die every night because they comprimise... im sure your espanol savvy amigo can agree with me even on THAT point.

I figured the use of your native language would further let you understand me and my abilities, I know plenty about you yet you know nothing about me by just seeing me therefore my ability to know your name and heritage is just a glimpse of my ability." Travis smirked at the response of the Duke, surprisingly he had control for a sanguinarian, it was well respected...
"The loss of trust is because of the sheer number of traitors that have came to be, minds are easily tainted no matter the race, easily molded and changed to become unfaithful to their kind. It is truly a sad day when a race cant be sure of its supporters, surely you have seen your share in your ages." Travis smirked and bowed his head in apology...
"Your absolutely right, it is her decision. Life is about decisions, no matter if your life is for eternity, you live and learn. Proceed miss Jagger..." Travis backed away and observed.

"you have a skillful use of manipulating guilt, sir... " He said in retort, half entertained.
"once bitten.. twice shy, as they say...miss, Jagger, is it? " he said, standing again in-front of her, leaning down so his seven feet of height would not make him intimidating as it often did. He once again presented the vial to her, this time laying gently in his open palm.

Jagger opened her eyes and felt even worse as she realized what Travis had just called her.Miss?No dear or my or anything..just miss...You truely are dissappointed..she thought as she looked at him knowing he could read her mind.
Jagger looked at Armand then at the vial.She had been in the shadows a long time,and what better way to start redeeming yourself than becoming stronger?she found herself liking the idea more and more.She gazed at the vial in his hand with unsure desire.She glanced at Travis with worry in her eyes.Travis always seemed so calm and collected,as if he were not capable of any emotion.
She sighed heavily and decided.I'm sorry,Travis..she thought.Then,took the vial from Armand,raised it to her soft lips and drank.

The taste was comparable to caramel, but with a sweet, almost sickeningly so tang like that of a overly ripe fruit. armand looked to Travis and smiled.
"Que gana usted?" he looked extremely happy at the results. "Victory."
The liquid would ooze down like thin pudding and hit bottom smooth as it tasted.

Travis smirked and turned to walk away, placing his hand up as if to shrug them off as if they arent a bother anymore. Travis was a psychic vampire, one that knew the consequences of a decision befor ehe made them, but he wasnt going to take the ability to learn from your decisions from anyone else who didnt know. Travis walked away into the darkness...

Jagger's lips parted as she tasted the sweet yet sickening liquid.She watched as Travis walked away.One day,I will earn your respect back,Travis...even if it knocks me into the firey pits of Satan's world.she thought,then looked at Armand wondering what was going to happen now.

Armand blinked in the direction of travis as he left. "hmm?" He tried to keep himself from laughing at how he had left. over his right shoulder a spiritual crow with a long purple laced tail looked after Travis with the same dumb look and it was the raven, not Armand who broke the silence.
"Armand, Me thinks, His mind was astray... for spouting shakespear like that, there really isnt a justifiable way." He said in his normal rhythmic cackling. as if it was commonplace Armand retorted back to the raven.
"Well, some people like that flare of speech, you know that better than i do, kaw."
"Yes, but still, though a metaphor not frail, his lonesome eyes his heart did betray to me."
"You live in my head, birdbrain, You don't think i noticed?
"Birdbrain? now that's just rude, if i'm in YOUR head then how am I THE BIRDBRAIN!!!!"
"Oh so? so NOW you stop speaking like a Poe reject?"
"k-k-k-k-k-ARGH!!!"
Armand teased the raven floating ethereally in front of him and turned to Jagger, who would be feeling a bit of a pressure in her gut as the vials contents started churning, making her a bit queasy as it started to seep into her bloodstream and creep into her very DNA.
