Where did you find out that cactuars don't like Rebecca Black? xp
Well for starts, which civilization should I choose for ruling the world. I'm going to play Civilization IV and I'm trying to figure out which one to pick. 3nodding

Rebecca Black did a crime against cactuars with her songs.
I was able to talk to a few cactuars and I was able to ask them about Rebecca Black. They complain that she has made music which is bad for cactuars.

I think that Rebecca Black did a crime by ever agreeing to sing that song. Shame on the recording artists that made her sing that song. talk2hand
Basically, the Civilization games are just where you take a nation at the start of human civilization and build them up from one city to world dominance through several different victory conditions. 3nodding
