True, true. I see that. I just wish they included some parts. (And the didn't give all of Ron's good lines to Hermione. The whole voices in your head was so Ron!)
I know. What the heck? I was outraged. Teenage Sev was perfect though. How could they go so wrong on the rest and get Sev perfect?

Well, I hate how much they cut of Ron's whole character. I mean, the whole thing when they fight is about how he's not just Harry's sidekick, but they pretty much made him that exactly.
And the casting for the teens did sucketh greatly. But then, I don't really like the way they made the actors look for their current selves, either. I liked Snuffles fresh out of prison way better than cleanshaven. And I thought Lupin should have long-ish hair, and not have that weird little mustache. It was odd on him, I think.

Goodness, yes. Seeing as Ron is like my top character (he and James are tied biggrin .) I hated what they did to him in the movies. All he is in the movies is Harry's sidekick. Gahh.. It makes me sad sad
Yeah I agree. I can't imagine him as Sirius because I had this defined picture of Sirius in my head and well, Gary looked nothing like that.

I think that Gary gets Sirius' personlity across well, but he doesn't look the part. Sirius is supposed to have long, straight black hair. Imagine if someone else played Sirius...

Remus' character in the films is all wrong. He should have shoulder length, light brown hair and no facial hair. Also, his personality was mysterious and weird. We all know that Remus is a calm, pleasant person.

I blame the director, not the actor, for the personality mix-up since so many things in the PoA film are wrong due to the fact that the director took the job without having read any of the books or watching the first two films. I bet the idiot NEVER read the books. stare

Honestly, I had an exact image in my head of what Lupin should look like, and the only time I saw anyone look the part was when my boyfriend Scottie sent me his Senior Picture.
It was pretty funny, I looked at it and immediatly though OMIGOSH IT'S REMUS LUPIN!!!! And this idea was confirmed when I showed it to my best friend and cousin (who hadn't seen each other until then for five years, might I add) both, in perfect unison, yelled 'He looks like a Harry Potter reject!!!!'
And Sirius looked really weird, but the acting was really good. I love Gary Oldman.

We don't have to wait for all of the roles to be filled to start. Just the six main characters (Marauders, Lily, and Snape) have to be covered, and we have those assigned. We accept new members at all times, so if people decide to join later then that's okay. It would be easier on them if they joined in the beginning so that they wouldn't be confused.

Why thank ya smile . I've never giggled (hehe) but I've tripped ( and had the fastest recovery EVER! According to everyone else, it was funny.), sang the wrong song, and almost fainted. I'm with you there with the public embarassment. Hehe. Everyone in my area knows who I am becasue of one of my clumsyness times. biggrin
