Darshendros I should bring Darsh into this too. I doubt you could, considering that from what I understand of the character, he defies the theology base for this RP.

Rakinu417 To roll a d3 you just roll a d6 and divide the result by two. If you roll a 1 or a 2, it equals 1. If you roll a 3 or a 4, it equals 2. If you roll a 5 or 6, it equals 3. It's for those times in a game (especially D&D) where you have a small creature like a halfling or a gnome trying to damage with a strength related weapon, (such as fists) that only does a d4 damage. Because they are smaller and can't hit as hard they get a smaller than average die on all melee weapons and such. @_@ *Sees the numbers and gets all dizzy* Hey! I recognize you! You're. In. Clan. Then you don't know him at all. razz I got bored one day and made up a magical storm that stripped him of his undeath and about 9,000 years of his life, along with the powers attained with them, so now's he's just a basic, mortal Ancient Red Dragon... until he completes his quest, anyway. That'll be whenever I decide to create the thread with the final battle and play it out.

...how the hell do you undo 9000 years of life and a death? I know you can 'undo' the death by restoring life, but altering the flow of time itself is something which only complete and utter idiots do, considering they have no true control over the situation at all.

Long story. Even longer quest. The spell itself should've killed him, but he was already dead at the time. By your reaction I'm taking it that you haven't seen alot of temporal-related spells? I've seen worse done, believe me.

No, by my rection you should be able to percieve that I've had enough experience to know that you can't do it RIGHT unless you have complete and total control over a situation, and the only way that that really works is either in a self-contained character (which I won't bother to explain, though suffice it to say it involves every aspect of the character revolving around that temporal paradox), or in a private story... RP is far from a private story, so it is a situation in which temporal manipulation will more or less NEVER work...

Unless manufactured so as the temporal disturbance is contained within the target itself, and not directly affecting the time stream in any manner. Basically, it's reverse aging to the umpteenth-degree.

But all that is is really anti-aging... if you effect an object within the timestream, you effect all things that have been effected by that object. You cannot simply remove years from your character's life... you CAN alter the character's body to make it 'younger', or you can restore life to it if he's dead, but you can't simply cut out years and expect it not to change anything.
With that said, I'll stop.

Ah well. That's no biggy. I have a one I just made up that I'm starting to like. Are there any dragon characters on here already? Otherwise, bringing a dragoon looking for one would be pointless.
